Ive just purchased a 270 openroad awning for my amarok. Then realised the brackets would increase the height to 210. I need the brackets put on the opposite way to ensure there's no height increase so I can get into the carpark at work. May require cutting on my rack. If you have another suggestion im all ears, cant go above the height of the rack.

Small but precise ceiling plaster repair in a 1960s home being prepared for sale. This needs someone with genuine plastering experience. The original skim coat on a bedroom ceiling has delaminated from the plasterboard sheet underneath. Affected area is approximately 500mm long. I've already scraped back all loose material to a firm edge and confirmed the plasterboard sheet underneath is in solid condition — no moisture damage, no structural issues. The delaminated material is 1.1–1.3mm thick, consistent with the original finishing skim. Need someone to re-skim the exposed area with appropriate setting compound, feathered out to blend invisibly with the surrounding ceiling. The ceiling will be professionally painted afterwards so the finish needs to be seamless — this is for a sale, not a rental patch job. Installing one power point

Hi, I need to hang two wall mounted hangers (per photo). I’m after someone that can detect the wood behind gyprock so the hanger is drilled into wood, not just gyprock.

Painting a patch of ceiling and cornicing (cupboards will cover the rest of the wall), a couple of walls (approx 3m x 2m and 1.5 x 2m) a laundry ceiling (3mx2m) and 3 architraves, as well as a couple of doors. We have the paint. The patches will be top coated and sanded by the Friday. Looking to pay a painter by the hour ($80) as unsure how long the job will take, but estimating 1.5 days. There may be other bits and pieces to do. Successful painter will have lots of positive reviews for their painting.
