My awning has broken off on my caravan. I am looking to find someone who can find a super cheap awning and install it for me. Or to use my current awning to try and reinstall, but it has metal parts broken off so not sure that is feasible. It’s a 1999 Monarch Coaster caravan. I will purchase the awning, I just need someone to confirm it will fit on my caravan and it has the right parts for it.

Render chips off concrete wall and paint to finish

We need the parts of the framing for the garage roller door to be rendered. See the photos. What requires particular attention are:- 1. Right hand corner of the frame (approx 1500mm x 600mm); 2. Underside of the frame approx 5000mm x 600mm); 3. Left hand side of the frame attached to the house has a crack in it and requires some sort of overlay so the crack no longer exists. It is not major work. If possible, the colour of the render would be tranquil retreat to match the house.

Install 4 kitchen ceiling lights. Replace a 3 way light switch. Replace 2 power points. Will need 240V sockets for lights in ceiling. All supplied except sockets. Tradesmen only.

Most of the work has already been done. The plasterboard is installed, and the square-set corners and aluminium window/door reveals have already been completed and plastered. The remaining work is mainly: - Sand all plastered areas smooth and ready for painting - Touch up any areas that need another coat or minor repair - Check and tidy joints, corners, and screw holes where required - Finish sanding around the square-set window and door reveals - Finish/touch up the doorway with one curved/arched corner - Make sure the final finish is clean and professional throughout The area is a large kitchen/living space with high ceilings. The scaffold is already on site, and most materials are here. I’m looking for someone experienced in high-quality plaster finishing who can inspect the job and, ideally, start as soon as possible. Need help just to put approximately 2x2m sauna together. Have all the tools, need set of hands and bit of common sense how things are done. Some parts are bit heavier so must be able to lift.
