We have removed concrete stairs at the back of the house. We need render exposed brickwork in readiness for painting. Not a huge job please see pic. - Due date: Before Sunday, 13 November 2022

Post is 113cm high and requires replacement due to rotting - to be connected back into the balustrade so it’s strong and secure. Small section of horizontal base rail was rotting also, so needs connecting to the post. Quote to include parts and labour please - carpenter or builder preferred.

Isolated bottom section of balustrade is rotting and needs replacement. Requires bottom section of timber pillar removed and replaced (below pink line). Small adjoining timber section also need repair - timber would be optimal but epoxy filler would do, sanded back and ready for me to paint. Just want to try and get it looking as good as possible - hopefully after painting all blends in.

A light sand a 2 top coats to railing and verticals on stairs and balcony as per pictures. - Due date: Flexible

Want bespoke awning built and installed along exterior wall to provide shelter for bikes and bins etc. approx 7 metre span and to extend 80cm ish. Attached image is pretty much exactly what am after. Colourbond roof and gutter required. Image of wall on which installation is required also attached.

We had a sofa delivered and to cut a long story short the delivery man damaged the balustrades on the balcony. I need to get some quotes and someone to fix the job. No idea on budget but have just put an indicative for now.
