Repair mitsubishi hyper inverter split air-conditioning SRK71ZRA-W. It works and switches on with heater function working however pauses with no air blowing (still powered on and vents open) after 15- 30 minutes with timer light flashing 5 times continously. Timer is definelty off and I've reset the remote and also switched off the main power at the meter to reset the unit but still occurs. Ive already had an electrian check out the meter box to see if this as result of an overload which is not. Not under warranty

We’re setting up a small production studio in an existing warehouse in Frenchs Forest and are looking for a licensed electrician to help with some initial electrical work. For this first stage, we’re looking to: Inspect the existing switchboard and power supply, including confirming whether three-phase is already available and whether the current capacity is sufficient. Install additional power points throughout the downstairs warehouse/studio, including power for two production sets, LED studio lighting, cameras and production equipment. Provide dedicated circuits where appropriate for lighting and production/computer equipment. Add a few additional power points to the upstairs office. Modify the bathroom controls so the light and exhaust fan can be switched separately rather than both automatically activating when the door opens. Make sure the installation is safe, compliant and reasonably future-proofed for additional studio equipment later. We’re trying to keep Phase I practical and cost-effective rather than over-engineering the space. Ideally, we’d like someone experienced with commercial/warehouse electrical work who can visit the site, assess the existing setup and recommend the simplest appropriate solution before quoting the work. Hi everyone, I'm looking for a licensed and insured electrician to run cabling from the meter box to the garage to install two 3-phase power outlets. The meter box is already 3-phase ready (installed around 6 years ago). My previous electrician advised that the job should involve running 2.5mm cable and installing two 15A 3-phase outlets on a 20A circuit breaker. Hi there, We need a couple of simple electrician tasks done: 1. Reading light removed safely + the switch (pictured below). No need to patch. 2. Outlet is coming off the wall, we want the outlet removed and a new one added in its place so no new wiring to be configured (see image) 3. Where the reading light is but down low above the skirting board, we’d like a new power outlet added (you should be able to use the exisiting wiring that’s behind the reading light?) but bring the wiring down to the ground We’d ideally love for this to be done tomorrow or Monday if possible?
