Some of my garden lights are not working

I have just ordered 5 new outdoor lights and want these to be swapped over for my existing ones , see picture. 3 ground floor and 2 on upstairs balcony . They should arrive in about a week so no rush. Must be licensed and good feedback . The red marks on the house show the existing lights and the other 2 are the ones that need replacing. Install two new pendant lights over kitchen bench, size: Diameter 700mm x Height 240mm. No existing fittings, so new ceiling holes will need to be cut and wiring run. Licensed electrician required to install mounting brackets and connect wiring. Ceiling height is 3m, so appropriate ladder/access equipment needed.

The internal cooling systems aren’t currently working, only stopped recently starting with the freezer and about a week later the main fridge stopped cooling as well. Both are lukewarm. I believe it may be the condenser coils or compressor as I no longer hear the unit vibrating.
