Electrician to remove existing and install two pendant lights As well as replace blown globes and other odd jobs

Install pendant light and ensure it operates via the dimmer switch (switch behind fig plant shown). It looks like the original owner installed the light on the wall and is using the dimmer switch for that. The wall light is to be disconnected and removed too. Assuming this will enable the dimmer switch to be used to operate the pendant light. We have a few other elec jobs that can be quoted during the job (down light replacement, fan install)
