I have a built in wardrobe that is half complete - only the internal shell with drawers. It needs the outer frame and mirror doors installed etc please quote time and specify materials required. I am happy you get materials from Bunnings.

We have a new sauna 2mtr x 2mtr outdoor to install. We have the installation instructions and video. Simple system 4 walls, connecting power to plumbed wiring. Comes with adhesive roof decals for weatherproofing. You must have experience in installing sauna to be considered.

Install rendered brick fence at the front yard. Size 9mx0.6m

Need 4 x roller blinds installed at a unit in Cronulla. Two blinds are inside mount and two are outside mount. Brackets need fixing to rendered brick. Remove and dispose of old honeycomb blinds.

Awning not going outwards, seems to be stuck

Need handy man to fix awning that faces street. Then need the display hooks fixed into walls. Max would be a 2 hour job

I removed a furniture to install a new one, which is only a drawers at the bottom and now I need Wall leveling and repair, including filling uneven surfaces and ensuring a smooth finish. Don’t need to be painted as the wall paper is going to cover it.

Need switch replaced for awning. Switch is removed. Will need to source new switch and install and I understand the cost of the switch will be additional.

Please do not accept if the job cannot be completed by Saturday 31st of August. Ideally if the job can be done on Thurs 29 and/or Fri 30 August that would be great. The render was repaired yesterday and is drying today. Painting the render repair is the main priority. If time allows, there are secondary tasks like painting over hairline cracks and fixing flaking paint on a cornice or two. See images for more details.
