Small understairs area ~5m2. Brick walls at both sides-half is pooorly painted, half is exposed. Floor has been tiled. Top (underneath the stairs) are brick and concrete. Work to be done on top/ceiling area, side walls and wall joints finishing all the way to the end (where the vacuum machine sits) Open to either options: -render and paint -gyprock, plaster and paint ONLY Top coat of paint will be provided (Dulux wash and wear).
