I need a permanent render own tools prefer almost 5 to 6 days work a week

I have a tilt up boundary walls that has been rendered. The joins between tilt ups needs to be replaced some damage needs repaired and fence needs painted.

Scope of Works – Plastering wall •Supply and install timber to suit 1470mm H x 1470mm W x 96mmD wall opening •Install plasterboard both sides (12mm) •Full set of joints, internal angles and flush finish •Sand to Level 4 finish (ready for painting) .

Issues include: * patio gutter leaking * poor join between house roof and patio roof * water leaking between patio and house connection * water entering around timber beam/top of patio * possible flashing failure * possible rusted/incorrect gutter joins Need proper repair/ new guttering . Project Overview Alfresco ceiling renovation — ceiling only, no walls. All trades supply own materials. Area: 5.5m x 2.3m (12.65m²) — open alfresco, semi-outdoor/humid environment. Note: Electrician will disconnect and temporarily remove 4 downlights and flush-mounted exhaust vent prior to demo, and reinstall after painting. Electrical under separate licensed contractor. Stage 1 — Demo (Labourer) Remove existing ceiling once electrician has disconnected and removed fittings. Carefully score paint line and remove existing cornices — set aside intact for reinstall. Do not force or snap. Supply: • Drop sheets, rubbish bags, hand tools • Scoring knife for cornice removal • Rubbish disposal: bag and bin on site Stage 2 — Plasterer Install Aquacheck moisture-resistant sheeting (5 sheets). Plaster & set ceiling over Aquacheck. Cut 4 downlight holes and 1 exhaust vent penetration in same positions as existing, ready for electrician. Reinstall existing cornices if undamaged, or replace if required. Sand ready for paint. Supply: • Aquacheck sheets x5 (2400x1200mm) • Screws, adhesive • Base coat, setting compound • Fibreglass jointing tape • Sandpaper • Hole saw / cutting tool for downlight and vent penetrations • Cornice adhesive for reinstall Stage 3 — Clean-Up (Labourer) Full rubbish removal and site clean. Supply: • Bags, broom, vacuum • Rubbish disposal: bag and bin on site Important Notes • Aquacheck must be rated for semi-outdoor/humid use • Confirm downlight positions with electrician before plastering — holes must align with existing wiring • Exhaust vent penetration to be cut in same position as existing — electrician to reinstall vent • Cornices to be carefully removed during demo and reused if intact — advise if replacement required

We are moving house and need someone to please instal some wire for the Balustrade/Deck. We have the wire. All holes are already in the timber, all measure ready to go :) This is quite urgent so would love someone in the next week or so to complete this.

Need to get these walls ready for paint. Will include scraping of glue, patching and a replacement of a area with matching skirting. (Can buy this in advance)
