This will probably require taking out a segment of the ceiling to isolate the leak. There is metal cladding over the affected (metal roof) area, abutting a skylight. Some of this may need to be removed and silicon redone.

I need the gutters cleaned on my property. It is a single story property, around 120m2 with three main sections of guttering. There are solar panels on the roof that need to be worked around and a PVC roofing over the deck that limits some access (although this area is away from the trees so typically doesn't need a lot of cleaning). The job will need an extension ladder, I don't have one of my own.
