Hi, looking for an experienced roof plumber/gutter specialist to clean and service gutters on a small single-storey 3x1 brick house (1970s). Property is vacant with easy access. Please also check overall condition of gutters/fascia and flag any issues. After the clean, I’d like a quote for any recommended repairs (e.g. leaks, rust, loose brackets, resealing/replacement if needed). Need completed by Thursday 26 March. Prefer someone experienced. I have a Mitsubishi Rosa bus that I am looking to have carpet square tiles installed as a lining. I tried high strength double sided tape but it didn't hold so I think either pop rivets or screws are needed to hold them into place. Everything is ready to get underway. Job is in Palmyra.

Following a renovation, where insulation was removed, I need new insulation installed. Will require entry to the roof space from above (tiled roof). The area is roughly 50sqm (I cannot be precise as the ceiling is in now place). Photos are taken during the renovation! Hello - I've purchased a couple of solar whirlybirds for my new colorbond roof, but I don't have any nibblers/etc to cut the holes out to suit. I'll need 2x approx 25cm holes cut at locations close to the roof ridge (locations are already marked). It's a single storey house with easy roof access. There's sarking (thin insulation) below the roof sheeting - not sure if that affects how easy this task would be. Note - this is not an installation project! I'm going to try and install them myself. This is just cutting the holes.
