Looking for an experienced handyman / carpenter / roofer to install a roof over my outdoor side area. 📍 Location: condell park, NSW The area is the narrow side walkway next to the house (see photos). I already have the roofing sheets/materials ready to go (black metal sheet shown in photos). What I need done: • Install roofing sheets securely above the side area • Ensure proper support/frame if required • Secure fixings into brick wall and fence side • Make sure it’s stable, weatherproof and slightly angled for water runoff • Clean finish The area is small and straightforward. Would suit someone experienced in roofing, pergolas or outdoor structures. Please bring your own tools and any additional fixings required. Open to quotes. Ideally want this done ASAP.

Approximately 13m of box gutter and leaves cleaned with small amount of branch trimming of overhanging branches .

I require someone to come out give a quote for a leak. from this balcony where the pipe and the flashing is need the water leak properly sealed before replacing ceiling. Need to ensure water is seeled off so the ceiling does not get damaged again. Not too fussed regarding costs just need a proper job done to fix this leak which has been present for years now.

My backyard has a garage in the back, it has shrubs on its roof that need to be removed. Over and in front if it is a tree with over overhanging branches that need to be cut. A tarp also needs to be placed on the roof after the shrubs and branches are removed and set in place. Tarp is provided, tools are not provided.

Small gutter redirection job: we have a second floor gutter downspout that needs to be sealed off with drainage redirected to the other downspouts. Currently, during heavy rainfall, the pipes overflow and the water pours inside the house through the air-conditioning unit

Need to have bedroom (4 walls) and Ceiling cleaned and mould removed. Furniture in room that I can can help move I have a ladder on site that can be used. You must supply your own cleaning products and tools.

Roofer needed to put back 4 roof tiles in place. No ladder needed, easy access. Have some other things to be looked at as well
