I am looking for a Volvo C70 convertible roof specialist. Nothing wrong with the roof, operates as expected just want to service it.

My 105 series 2001 model land cruiser has a sunroof in it. It hasn’t been operational for a long time. Closed shut. Lately there have been some water leak inside the vehicle. I have removed all the interior trim pieces and seats. Turns out this is an after market unit. If possible I need it fixed. Otherwise I’d like the gutters to be cleaned so no more leaks. Last solution Im thinking of is to delete it and weld a piece of sheet metal to the roof. The job should be easy as you won’t need to waste time with trims removal and reinstall. Only the roof problem needs attention. I’m willing to spend fair amount on the job but not want to break the bank. Plus I’m willing to help out during the process as well (as an apprentice)

Roof leak from a few broken or moved tiles. Water has started coming through and is damaging the GYPROCK ceiling inside. This is a double-storey duplex house. I need someone to check the roof, find the leak, and replace the broken tiles to stop the water coming in. There is a wet patch on the GYPROCK ceiling where the leak is. Ceiling repair may be needed later, but the main job is fixing the roof first. Looking for someone with experience in tile roof repairs.

Small gutter redirection job: we have a second floor gutter downspout that needs to be sealed off with drainage redirected to the other downspouts. Currently, during heavy rainfall, the pipes overflow and the water pours inside the house through the air-conditioning unit
