I’m looking for a licensed tradesperson to replace the gutters and downpipes on my brick clad house in Sunshine. The existing setup is damaged and deteriorating, as shown in the attached photos. I’d like the new installation for entire house to be secure, weather-resistant, and properly aligned to ensure good drainage. The attached photos show the front of the property, but the request is for the entire house (front, sides, and rear). I will upload more pictures when i have them. Please include: - Removal and disposal of old gutters/downpipes - Supply and installation of new materials (colorbond preferred) - Inspection of fascia and eaves for any related damage - Quote for labour, materials, and any additional repairs if needed The property is single-storey with good access. I need help repositioning a Yagi-style TV antenna mounted on the fascia board of a brick house in Sunshine. The antenna is currently tilted and I’d like it to be adjusted so it stands upright and securely fixed. It’s connected via a coaxial cable that runs along the roof edge. Please ensure the mounting is stable and weather-resistant. Hi, I need my gutters to be cleaned. There are a double-storey townhouse in Sunshine and another double-storey townhouse in Maidstone, VIC.

I need someone to gut back the gutter guard from the edge of the roof tiles to the forward edge of the gutter to completely expose the gutter completely. The screws in the gutter edge can stay as well as the mesh on the roof tiles. I have a bin to put the rubbish in. The total length of gutter around the single story building is around 70 metres.
