Replace 2 broken fibreglass roofing sheets on patio. Remove damaged sheets, supply and install new matching sheets, ensure roof is secure and watertight. each panel is 1m wide and 1.8-1.9 m long

I have a couple of sections of damaged gutter that need replacing. I would like to also install a hand basin in the kitchenette of a granny flat. There is a leak from the toilet bidet removal that needs tightened up.

We have two downpipes that need to be run from the rear corner of the house that need to be connected to the front down pipes that empty into a pathway and into the driveway. This requires no digging. It is not a major project. It is simply cutting the existing pipes at the rear of the house and running them to the front on a brick wall. It will require a few stand-off brackets to move around a few obstacles. This not hectic work, it is a straightforward project.
