I am looking for a quote to complete several maintenance items identified by my home insurance company for my property in Bellbowrie. The insurer has requested that the following issues be addressed: ● Remove lichen and organic growth from the main house roof and patio roof. ● Repoint the ridge caps where the pointing is wearing. ● Install or rectify weep holes in the ridge cap pointing, if required. ● Correct the downpipe spreader so it complies with AS/NZS 3500.3 and directs water away from the apron flashing.
