Leaking spot found on 2nd storey ceiling.

One of the gutter joints on one side of our house (approx 5m above ground) needs to be resealed on the inside of the gutter with long lasting sealant. The joint can be either accessed from the ground (5m below) or from the roof. There is access to both.

A basic gutter cleaning for a brand new double story house, buyer requested for it for settlement. At the same time there are a few tree branches coming from the neighbour touching the roof, need to be trimmed back slightly.

Total house gutter cleanout, quite high in areas

Recent hail and rain caused leaking of my colorbond roof. I suspect the leak is at two spots. There is some water leak due to it and water mark. What I want is repair of the leaks and painting of the water mark.
