Need to get and install new gutters for a one storey, two bedroom house in Blacktown. Old gutters already removed. House size is 217m2

Looking for a carpenter to construct a patio roof (including installation of roof sheets, guttering etc). The patio posts and floor has already been constructed. The approximate measurement of the roof will be 4m x 2.80m. Attached is a picture of the current site and also an example of the type of roof that we would like installed. Ideally looking for someone who will come and see the job, look at what is required including materials and then complete the job on an agreed date. Please quote on time only. Exterior Eaves, Fascia & Gutters – Cleaning, Preparation & Painting I have a double-storey house with a balcony and require the exterior eaves, fascia and gutters around the entire house to be cleaned/prepared and painted. The job includes: * Clean all exterior eaves, fascia, gutters and downpipes around the house. * Remove dirt, dust, cobwebs, mould/mildew and other surface contamination as required. * Scrape/remove any loose, flaking or peeling paint where necessary. * Sand and prepare surfaces as required to provide a suitable surface for painting. * Fix the nails where these are coming out * Prime bare/exposed areas where required. * Apply minimum 2 coats of suitable exterior paint to the eaves, fascia and gutters. * Ensure a neat, even and professional finish, including appropriate cutting-in around edges and adjoining surfaces. * Protect windows, walls, roof areas, plants, paving and other surrounding surfaces from paint splashes and overspray. * Clean up the work area thoroughly after completion and remove painting-related waste. * The Tasker is to supply the paint (Dulux or Taubman) and all materials. To clean 30 solar panels, double storey flat roof - access via first storey flat roof

I need an experienced tiler, preferably with bathroom waterproofing experience, to carefully remove and replace two wall tiles inside my shower. The work includes: * Carefully removing the two nominated tiles without damaging any surrounding tiles. * Removing all old metal remnants and the old wall plug/anchor embedded in the hole on the right-hand tile. * Properly repairing and sealing the hole and substrate. * Applying a suitable waterproofing membrane/seal behind the replacement tiles to prevent any future water leakage. * Installing the two replacement tiles neatly and level with the existing tiles. * Regrouting and sealing the area properly, with a clean finish matching the existing grout as closely as possible. I will provide the replacement tiles and have several spare tiles available. Please provide all other required materials, including adhesive, repair compound, waterproofing material, grout and sealant. Because this is inside the shower, the repair must be completed properly and not simply covered with new tiles. Please only offer if you are confident you can remove the tiles cleanly and complete the waterproofing repair correctly.

I have a tin shed in the backyard, approximately the size of a single garage. It is old, and most of the roof is rusted, but recently a tree branch fell on the roof and put a hole in it. I just want the part where the hole is repaired.

(One part of the material may be asbestos material so best to be gentle). It's about 4 meters high, so need ladder

We had a branch from a nearby tree fall into our roof and damage a few roof tiles. Need someone to come and remove the damaged tiles and replace them with new ones. We have replacement tiles here, I just need the help changing them. I have ladder at the house too.
