Recently had the outside of the house rendered and the renderer has unfortunately been injured and has been unable to reattach the three down pipes that were removed. We simply need them reattached.

I am looking for an experienced roofer/roof repair person to inspect and repair a possible small leak around a whirlybird/turbine roof ventilator on a corrugated metal roof in Mayfield. There is some mould/discolouration appearing on the internal wall/ceiling junction in approximately the same location as the roof ventilator, so I suspect water may be getting in around the whirlybird flashing or seal. I would like someone to: Inspect the whirlybird and its flashing/seal Check the surrounding roof area and roof screws for any other possible source of water entry Reseal/repair the area properly as required Supply appropriate roofing sealant/materials Ideally take a couple of photos of the area before and after repair The whirlybird itself is operating normally, so I am not looking to replace it.. Must be a licensed plumber Task 1. I'm currently building a pool and need down pipe connected to an existing storm water pipe before they start concreting the pool after which I will lose access. I tried to show the location on the survey attached. It's very rougly ~11m. Some excavation will be required to bury the storm water connection. Task 2. there is a slight crack in bathroom corner wall in heavy rain a year or so ago - it had a slow drop of water - but has not returned inspect interior and exterior tile/gutter for any issues and if just cosmetic - patch/plaster interior

See corner insert that rotted away because of leak from roof. Now leak is repaired. So need area cleaned up, then replaced with new timber (will be supplied). Can be glued or otherwise held together. (One part of the material may be asbestos material so best to be gentle). It's about 4 meters high, so need ladder
