Install overflow drains in front and back and connect to adjacent downpipes. 4. Prepare garage single skin external wall for waterproofing (currently rendered and painted). 5. Apply waterproof membrane to slab and hob and 1 external wall (single skin boundary wall). 6. Install overflow drains to three other balconies and connect to adjacent down pipes. 7. Include materials, repairs by licensed waterproof trade person, and certificate of compliance on waterproofing. 8. Licensed trade only offers please. No contactors and no handy people.

My Aircon has an issue. Actron guys said that the access to the roof is too narrow. I need to cut the gyprock beneath the Aircon coils and replaced it with a board for future easy access. I have a 2014 Kia Rio, and would like the roof and bonnet wrapped It is the centre of the roof only (small) All moulds etc have been removed * wrap and cleaner supplied It was wrapped, as seen in the pictures, but was not properly prepared, and started to lift within an hour I will remove this myself The car has light hail, but cannot be seen when wrapped I am happy to help install the wrap

17 x 340W solar panels installed in 2021. Roof is concrete-tile in good condition. Panels are all on the north side of the roof. Freestanding 2-storey house. We are gold seniors, about to become pensioners.

The roof tiles above a window on our utility building has become dislodged. It looks like the mortar has cracked but also some damage to the wood. Please take a look at the photos and let me know if this description is correct and what needs to be done. We have a few spare tiles. Thanks!

I have purchased a 4-pack security camera system which is wireless and has its own solar panels for each one. I need someone with long enough ladder to install these in 1 to 2 trees and eave locations around perimeter of my house so that I can get full view of what is happening around my place. I will handle the technical programming side of things. Just need someone handy to go up tall ladder, I have small electrician's style V ladder that is not tall enough for trees.

Need help installing new roof racks to my Honda Trax (with pre existing side rails) using a K328 kit as an adaption to help it fit. There is also an awning attached to the racks (no assembly needed there)- and help installing the rooftop storage (supposed to be an easy installation there). I have all parts needed just need someone knowledgeable who’s done this before and extra hands.

Gutter clean for a 2-storey terrace and has gutters on the front (4.7m wide), one side (6.5m) and back (3.5m wide). In the pics, it’s not the corner house but the one next to it.

I've got a rodent problem. They seem to have got access to the house. I believe it's via the deck. The task is to rodent proof my deck and block any access to the house. This includes putting in hardware wire to the deck to block access. The deck is approximately 5m by 4m. I will also need help investigating how they are getting into the house. Most likely via a piping that hasn't been sealed.

Gutters have muck, leaves and some moss (about 30% full). Task is to clear all gutters and downpipes, and flush with water to make sure they’re draining properly.
