Hello, I am getting my gutters (both outside and inside) and under-gutters (fascias) painted soon and need them thoroughly cleaned. The roof is leaking and I have water coming in because of the recent thunderstorm. I have checked the roof and I think the flashing has been incorrectly done and it needs to be fixed urgently. The leak is in the kitchen and laundry on the ground floor.

There is some rotten timber on the front gable roof, specifically the bargeboard/verge board at the left-hand end where it joins the fascia. It needs to be cut back and replaced, then repaired and repainted.

Must be a licensed plumber Task 1. I'm currently building a pool and need down pipe connected to an existing storm water pipe before they start concreting the pool after which I will lose access. I tried to show the location on the survey attached. It's very rougly ~11m. Some excavation will be required to bury the storm water connection. Task 2. I also want an ag line installed where the existing drain is broken by the pool to manage ground water. Please provide fixed price quote and quote the tasks separately. Thank you
