Find experienced local roofers in NSW

I have had a few leaks from my roof into living area post the heavy rain, would like someone to check it out, clean the roof, gutters, recommend any solutions I have just put an initial guide for the call out and happy to revise fee based on work needed but it's hard to tell how much work is needed until the problem is looked at

13 meter length of gutter to the rear pergola of two duplexes is to be cleaned and minor leaf matter on edge of roof to gutter also to be cleaned. Gutters are around 4 meters above ground level so a extension ladder is required.

Looking for someone to: 1. Clean roof gutters on a 2-storey house. 2. Trim a tree that is growing up to the overhead wire from the street to the house. You will need to bring your own ladder as mine is too short. I am flexible with date and timing. Budget to be discussed.

The car is a 2012 Nissan Murano.

Single story home I think maybe 1 tile is damaged or has slid and there is a hole and the water from the rain is coming from that hole

I got one of the roof tiles broken , need to be replaced. Photos attached. I should have couple of spare tiles

Need this Antenna removed off the roof. Since it’s never used anymore. Should be a pretty simple job for someone who has done this before. I can take it to the tip myself. I just need it taken off.

Gutter cleaning on a house. The house is double storey but only a small maybe 1.8 metre section is on the second storey (see picture attached) , the rest of the gutters are all at the ground floor level, which is not very high as the house has a steep roof that drops to the ground floor.

I am looking for a licensed Air Conditioning Technician to service my Samsung ducted system and address a condensation issue in the roof. The Issue: Condensation is forming in the roof space onto the plasterboard, causing paint flaking in the room below. Scope of Work: 1. Full System Service: Clean filters, check refrigerant levels, and check the condensate drain line 2. Leak Fix: Identify if the moisture is a pipe leak or "sweating." 3. Insulation: If required: Re-insulate/wrap the affected copper pipes with closed-cell foam to stop further condensation. Note: The work requires entry into the roof cavity. Please bring your own ladder and insulation materials. (I will handle the internal plasterboard/painting myself once the leak is fixed).

Old corrigated shed roof needs holes repaired

Less than half a metre fascia board on edge of roof is water damaged and requires replacement. Small section below eaves also to be replaced. At front of the house, ladder access provided next door if required. Height 3-4m Refer photos
