Gutter cleaning for double storey duplex - Pergola and main roof.

Need someone to fit lvl style or outdoor rated wood cross beams against the existing metal beams on this patio roof and against the brick wall. My plan is to fit a wood slat ceiling with individual boards (not part of this job) and I need solid secure beams that are easy to screw to and can carry the weight of 60 odd wood straps. My idea is to put a wood beam against the middle and outer metal beams (side by side) and bolt them together by drilling all the way through both beams at several places along the length, then securing the nut on the wood side. The house side could be bolted onto the bricks, the key being to get them all to be somewhat level taking into account the door gap and the existing flashing. The distance between the wall and each beam is around 1.8m so it might be worth putting an additional two cross beams at half way in-between 900mm spacing if we can determine a way to attach them securely, open to advice here. The whole area is 3.5m x 3.5m, but the cross beams won't span the entire length. Offer is for labour, happy to pay extra for materials but prefer the whole job to be one price for me and you bring materials.
