installed supplied bradform windmaster 300mm whirlybird on a single-storey corrugated metal garage roof. easy access, i even have a ladder. low pitch garage roof, i will supply the whirlybird and it's flashing that comes in a box. However, you'd need to get a dry flashing as I need it installed in the middle of the roof. (you will need to look inside the garage to make sure you don't cut above the support beams or garage door motor) (the roof sheet length is 6 meter in total, to install it more or less in the center meaning about 3 meters away from the edge). looking for someone experienced with metal roofing/sheet preparing to fit on the corrugated roof. installation must be weatherproof and include any additional fixings required. please confirm: experience installing whirlybirds on corrugated roof public liability insurance workmanship warranty invoice for tax purposes Ideally on a Saturday/Sunday so someone can open the garage and guide where to put it, flexible on days/dates.

We had a leak in the lounge room ceiling around November last year. We received a quote to replace the balcony waterproof membrane and install an emergency overflow, but since then we’ve had several heavy rain events with no further leaks. I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
