I have a leak where the metal downpipe joins the round stormwater pipe at ground level on the outside of my house. There's water staining and rust running down the wall behind the pipe, plus a wet patch and staining on the concrete at the base, so I think either the joint has failed or the stormwater line below is partially blocked and backing up.
