Scope of works • Uninstall existing metal roof of property, approx. 25sqm. • Supply and install new timber battens to roof of property. • Supply and install new Earthwool insulation to roof of property. • Supply and install new Colorbond corrugated roof to rear roof area, zinc colour. • Supply and install new Colorbond custom cappings and flashings to new roof, zinc colour. • Remove and dispose of all trade-related waste from site. • Supply and install new High Front Quad slotted gutter to new roof and perimeter of metal roof at rear of property, up to 10m, colour to be confirmed. • Supply and install new PVC 90mm downpipes at rear of property x 2. • Supply and install new timber fascia and eaves under gutter at rear of property, up to 10m. • Supply and install new metal fascia cover to new timber fascia at rear of property, up to 10m, colour to be confirmed. We had a leak in the lounge room ceiling around November last year. We received a quote to replace the balcony waterproof membrane and install an emergency overflow, but since then we’ve had several heavy rain events with no further leaks.
