I have a rainwater downpipe on my apartment building that has become very noisy during rain. Previously the pipe appears to have had a slight bend/kink that helped slow the water flow, but it is now essentially vertical. I need my gutters cleaned and solar panels washed. The gutters have simple plastic leaf guard which needs to be lifted and then placed back properly. The solar panels were cleaned last year and some are pretty new. There are around 25. The house is single level and easy access; there is a studio and a pergola with one gutter at the back.
