The mortar bedding is cracking and failing in several spots, causing gaps that need to be addressed. I have attached photos showing the current condition of the tiles and the mortar. I need waterproofing completed around the front roof drainage area only. The job is limited to the front section of the roof and is to prevent water ingress around the drainage point.

There is multiple components to the job: 1) There is a rusted section in the colorbond sheet that needs to be replaced and fixed. 2) Replace existing gutters that is rusted. One of the gutters can be accessed on ground level and the other gutter is accessed by standing on the roof (see attached picture). Some timber below the rusted colorbond may need replacement depending on the its condition.
