Hi there, This down pipe off our home seems to bubble in heavy rain suggesting it’s blocked - it then leaks out the top of the spout. I have had a look down but can’t seem to locate any blockage at the top. Will likely need to be jetted clear.

Replacement of polyurethane roof sheets over rear deck. 6 sheets about 4.5m( +/-) long and 80 + cm wide. Must quote, supply, install and remove. Please see photos attached

Downpipe has come loose and needs to be re-attached and bracket re-installed. See photos. Easy access, pipe on fromt of house on driveway, just need tall ladder.

Birds have made a nest in my roof cavity to breed and have now left the roof and nest. I need someone to come and remove the nest from the roof cavity and seal it up so no new birds can re-enter. I will then need the rooms below to be sprayed to remove bird mites.

The side of the roof has come off.Which was screwed with some nails , so just need to refix. Also , the gutter has come off from the garage site , which needs a fixation.

I’m looking for someone experienced with roof racks / platforms to finish installing and correctly align a roof rack platform on my vehicle. Vehicle: 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Exceed Equipment: Rola Ridge Mount rail system (TKRM315874 – installed) Rola roof platform/tray (assembled but not mounted) The Ridge rails are already installed correctly on the vehicle. The issue is that the platform mounting plates are not aligning with the Ridge rails — front and rear spacing doesn’t match, so the tray won’t sit down and bolt on correctly. The platform itself is square (diagonal measurements match), so I believe this is a mounting plate orientation / positioning issue, not faulty parts. What I need done; Inspect current setup Correctly orient and position the platform mounting plates Align the platform to the Ridge rails Secure and torque everything correctly Confirm fitment is safe and correct There’s been some confusion on my end during install and I’d prefer someone who: Has installed roof racks/platforms before Understands rail-mount vs crossbar-mount systems Can quickly identify incorrect plate orientation or slot placement All parts are present, this is not a fabrication job, just correct fitment and install.

Roof is leaking via skylight, not sure what's happening but the ceiling around it feels a little damp. Would like someone to come out ASAP. Make your offer the callout fee.

Task: Cable run through roof space via external access through colourbond panel, then cable run down side of house. No cable termination required. Background: NBN have partly installed a cable to connect external NBN box to indoor portal. They have installed from portal up into roof space but roof space is tight and needs rest of cable run to be completed by someone who is able to access roof by removing colourbond panel. Cable then requires to be run down side of the house - ideally through existing conduit (shown in photo). No cable termination required - NBN will come back to do that. Low-set house.

I have a 3700 x 3700 patio and roof sheets that I need fitted. I have the following supplied: - 1 pack 65mm timber hex head screws with seals - 5 x roof sheets 4000mm long - 1x impact driver with suitable but You Will Need: - Ladder - Angle grinder or suitable sheet metal cutter - Gloves The sheets need to be cut down to 3700mm and installed on the patio frame with suitable overlap and caulking to gutter to prevent leakage. It would be amazing if it could be done today.
