Roof installer and repairer required to repair and extend roofs: 1. Inspect two roofs, lower front and lower rear roofs of a two storey duplex to find causes of leaks. 2. The front roof is leaking a lot, between the roof and the gutter. (See pictures 1). A. Find the causes of the leak and repair them. B. Replace the downpipe of the front (roof) gutter with a bigger pipe. II.The Rear lower roof (See pictures 2,3 & 4). A. Find and repair the leeks. B. The polycarbonate sheets need replacement. You need to replace them with a transparent polycarbonate sheets, C. The roof needs to be extended. The final size including the existing extension should be 6x4.3 meters , with polycarbonate sheets interspersed with metal material. and timber supports (similar to the existing ones), beams and 3 timber posts. D. Install a new gutter at the end of the extended roof. E. Install a new downpipe to channel the water from the new roof gutter. A PVC pipe about 60cms in length needs to be installed to channel the water from the downpipe to the water hole nearby. F. Clean all the gutters. Budget: $6000. Requirements: 1. Must have the relevant licence. 2. Must be registered in Fair Trading. 3. Must have experience and a good track record. 4. The work must have a warranty between 7-10 years.

I want to install Roof venf for tiled roof - single storey

Rainwater downpipe fell down in the wind, turns out the previous owners only secured it with some duct tape to the wall. We need someone to come secure the downpipe correctly (with a bracket or otherwise). We do not have any materials, and the downpipe fits perfectly in the holes in the gutter and front patio. No damage has happened to the pipe.

I want to remove existing flat polycarbonate roofing and replace with corrugated polycarbonate sheets. Roof is above al fresco dining area and is approx 6.5m x 3.5m. New fascia may be required so happy to discuss this when required as well as materials required.

I have a leak in the roof of my 2 story house. I have identified the leaking spot from the roof cavity and it looks like it's coming from under a ridge cap. On the roof , the best I can tell is that the flexipoint has a hairline crack in it which may be the issue. Need help to fix See images

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.
