Surface Preparation & Screeding • Substrate Prep: Clean and prime the concrete slab to ensure maximum adhesion. • Screed Installation: Supply and install a sand and cement screed bed to the entire floor area • Grading/Falls: Screed must be expertly graded to ensure a consistent fall toward the floor waste and shower waste (minimum 1:60 fall in shower and 1:100 in the general floor area). • Curing: Allow sufficient drying time for the screed before the application of waterproofing membranes. 2. Waterproofing (AS 3740) • Supply and install a certified waterproofing system. Waterproofing to be done x2 - UNDER and OVER screed. • Application: Full floor area (over the new screed and into puddle flanges), shower recesses (to 1.8m), and all wall/floor junctions. • Bond Breakers: Install bond breakers/silicone to all internal corners and transitions. • Compliance: Tiler to provide a Waterproofing Certificate / Form 16 upon completion. 3. Tiling Installation • Floor Tiling: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the floor. • Shower Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to two (2) shower walls to a height of 1.8m. • Main Walls: Install Owner-Supplied tiles to the remaining bathroom perimeter to a height of 1.2m. • Layout: All tiles to be laid with consistent grout lines (size to be confirmed by Owner). 4. Grouting & Finishing • Grout: Apply grout to all joints (color to be confirmed by Owner). • Silicone: Apply high-quality, mold-resistant silicone to all internal corners, junctions, and base of shower. • Trims: Supply and install aluminum or brass edge trims to all exposed tile edges and doorways. 5. 2.3 x 1.9 skillion roof garden shed brand new going on a flat paved area. The shed is an Easy Shed and is due to arrive on the 17th Feb so anytime after that date works for me.

Downlights on deck roof have stopped working. I have takem them all out, they are in a loop, but I couldn't fix... could also be the LED driver, in the roof... and also important to note the LEDs are bare wired, as per pics.

We deactivated a cool room and the condenser motor has to be removed. It is sitting on the roof of the property. We have a way to take it down via stairs so lift isn't required.

The roof of the sauna has been leaking due to the excessive rain. It is likely due to the straps securing the wooden roof becoming lose/ requiring an adjustment (photo attached). Looking to soundproof 1 x bedroom of a one bedroom flat. The room is 3.5m x 4.5m and has one window which I’d consider replacing with insulation. The room also has hard surfaces - the building which is mirrored. There is a door which could be sound proofed. The walls are hollow double brick rendered - 1966 build. Ceiling - no one above - empty cavity then tiled roof. The major noise is coming from downstairs mostly from tv echoing and hard wooden floor surfaces below.
