Second storey gutter approximately 6m in length. Needs clearing as water is leaking into home.

Due to heavy rain, we have a leak in the ceiling. We’re not sure of the cause, and the roof is tiled. Asked for full repair.

Looking for someone to put roof sheeting on patio. Patio is approx 7000mm wide x 2600mm deep. At this point I am just pricing the project.

Shortening of roof rafters needed. Roof width is being shortened on one side, in preparation for new roof. (Tile to colourbond conversion). Looking to reduce width to achieve 1m unencumbered clearance. Approx 1 tile-width of roof is being reduced. Looking to get done in next 2 or so weeks. Potential to add scope for barge boards and fascia replacements (flexi on timing for that part). Shortening of roof rafters we need to get done in next 2-3 weeks.

Rotten timber trims and ends of roof joists replaced. Broken tiles replaced, repointing, a leak pinpointed and repaired, and new guttering and down pipes.

Gutter flow is very bad and leaks ...need it amended to flow better and not leak

Urgent - the gutter inside my roof eves is leaking rain water and i can see the roof is wet from last nights rain. The outside down spout needs to be redirected over the brick wall and into a soakwell drain. My dad and I attempted to do this unsuccessfully in summer. I’m looking for a solid timber or metal "infill" or a heavy-duty metal brush seal to close it completely (no rubber or soft foam, please). Internal Holes: Plugging about 10 small gaps around pipes (under the sink/pantry) using stainless steel wool and caulk/sealant. I can provide the materials if needed Friday around 10am please.

Roof leak in the front portico, leaked last winter and damaged the bedroom roof and plaster

One clear corrugated panel is cracked/aging and needs to be securely fixed or replaced to prevent leaks and improve weather protection. Timber beams are already in place. Remove and dispose of an old kerosene heater tank and a solar water heater panel. Kerosene heater is bolted to a wall and has mostly been drained. Solar water heater is located on the roof.

We’re upgrading our internet connection from fibre-to-the-node to fibre-to-the-premises. A technician attended to complete the installation but was unable to finish the job, as he couldn’t run the cable from the Telstra box at the front of the house through the roof cavity and down to the internal internet port. He mentioned that he’s not permitted to enter the roof cavity, but an electrician would be able to complete this part. He left the NBN cable here and advised me to contact an electrician. The main challenge is that the roof pitch is quite low, so roof tiles will need to be removed for access. There are also solar panels on the roof and ducted air conditioning in the roof cavity. I’ve attached images of the external box, the internal port location, and an aerial view of the house showing where the cable needs to be run through the roof. Im flexible with cost.

Looking for a quote to complete some roof and gutter work at my 3x2 house. The gutter system needs to be expanded as it’s overflowing (new outlet needed), and I have some cracks in the ridge capping and some broken roof tiles (and I don’t have spare roof tiles).
