Remove and replace guttering on a two story house

Approx 1.5m gutter and fascia repair/replace. Fascia is rotted, I don’t think gutter has any holes. Gutter in rear was cut to give access to a 90mm plastic pipe. They bogged or siliconed around it at some stage (see pics) and that has come off. It’s on second floor so tall ladder needed. Water comes out from back rear of gutter cut out. I would like someone who knows what they are doing and repair this so it doesn’t leak again, also repair or replace the fascia . Maybe screw in some screws from gutter to facia so all nice and tight then silicone gaps then water proof all the back of the gutter and where the cut out is and under the pipe that comes into the gutter from the rear. Not sure if wood profile can be found to replace the facia? Maybe you can builders bog it well then I will repaint the fascia. Gutter height is approx 5.5m from the ground, this gutter is about 1.5m long but only one side seems like it has the issue but inspect and rectify the other side if needed in the same manner ( fascia on other side is ok). Other side is of the other townhouse I’m connected to. I don’t have a ladder that height so you would need to have one. photos of inside the gutter and external location are attached so you are aware of what I’m talking about. We have some guttering that has rusted through due to a leak in our rooftop solar pool heating. It is approx 5m long, woodland grey colorbond. Accessible at about 2m above our deck, except for right hand end which is about 4m above ground level. The task is to replace this gutter and connect to the downpipe.

I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
