Hi there, I have two specific leaks caused by the heavy rain yesterday and I’m looking for a professional roofer to fix them. Issue 1: Kitchen range hood leak - Water is dripping directly through the range hood inside the kitchen. This likely involves a leak around the roof vent or flashing. Issue 2: Pergola gutter leak - The guttering under/around the outdoor pergola is leaking/overflowing. It may need a repair, resealing, or a potential clearing if there’s a blockage. What I need: A thorough inspection of both areas. Repair/sealing to prevent future leaks. I have uploaded photos showing the exact locations of the drips. Please provide a quote including labor and any basic materials (silicone, etc.). Looking to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Gutters are leaking heavily during rain. Gutter cleaning was done 2 months ago but that didn't help. There could be a blockage in the down pipe too. I want an absolute professional to have a look. The fix can be only tested during rain, so I want someone who can assure the revisit and fix free of charge, if the first attempt doesn't work.

I have a section of guttering at the front/side of my house that has come loose and is hanging down (see photo). I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.
