Looking for an experienced roofing/gutter repair person to carry out some maintenance on our property. We need: • Gutters reattached in a few spots • Leaks repaired on a metal sheet roof This is not intended to be a full roof replacement or major renovation at this stage. We are not yet sure what our longer-term plans are for the property, so we are looking for practical, cost-effective repairs to make everything safe, secure, and in proper working condition. The priority is to: • stop any active leaks • ensure the gutters are properly secured and functioning as they should • prevent any further water damage to the property Please only respond if you have experience with roof leak repairs and guttering, and ideally can assess the issue and recommend the most sensible repair option. Gutters are leaking heavily during rain. Gutter cleaning was done 2 months ago but that didn't help. I want an absolute professional to have a look. The fix can be only tested during rain, so I want someone who can assure the revisit and fix, if the first attempt doesn't work.

I have new driveway stainless gutter partiakly installed - its bottom embedded in concrete. It is 4.5m long and 250mm wide. It consists if 5 joints and 5 grills on top. The edges of them do mot quute match to eash other. I want the edjes bent bit and welded together, so they look nice. We can put some patch on the outside to make it stronger. Also need to weld stainless bolts/handles on the sides to be embedded in concrete, so the edges stick to concrete and do not push on the grills. II gave my estimate based on 3h job. I will pay more if we need more time. On the other hand, if you finish earlier I have other similar tasks to weld to use my 3h. I will be helping you. We can discuss details over the phone. This is a frontyard job, so it has to look nice. I expect you having over 2 years experience doing stainless weldings, and a proper welder and other welding tools. The quote should include your consumables like gas and stainless wire. I have 10A power points nearby.
