Hi there, I am looking for assistance with a small repair job. We've had some roof leaks and the insurer has agreed to pay for internal damage however require that before this can occur we need to rectify some external roof plumbing issues. See attached some photos. 1. Sump not sealed to the box gutter. This results in water flowing into the ceiling cavity when heavy rain occurs. 2. Overflow prevention from the sump discharging into rain head rather than to atmosphere. 3. The box gutter has been penetrated when another Contractor installing bird proofing. We have had this work rectified by original installer. We require appointed contractor to check this work has been completed satisfactorily and that penetrations in the sole of the box gutter are sealed in the above location to box gutter over the laundry. You will need extension ladder to access the second story roof. On completion of above works we require clear photos of all works completed so these may be provided to the insurance company. Can be flexible on days times.

Replace approx 5m of box gutter with necessary flashing. Please include rebedding/pointing of the two ridge corners if needed.

We have about ~50 metres of guttering that is in various states of wear (single level townhouse in Mount Waverley). Some parts definitely require replacement (water cascading through on rainy days) while other sections appear ok. Replace a span of guttering. Already have a pre painted span ready to go. There is a pergola adjacent to gutter but access is fine.
