Hi Airtaksers. I need a roof to cover the deck in the photos. Structure is there, so just need laserlite and gutters. Note that one board is rotten and needing replacement (approx 1900mm). Quote is to include all materials. Preference is for a tinted clear laserlite. Approx measurements included in photos. Existing structure is flat, however roof will need to be sloped away from house Guttering is to be included, including join to existing downpipe. Flashing to be applied at higher end. Present gutters have rusted through and need replacing with zincalume.

Damages the corner of a gutter and need to have it fixed

Looking for someone to do some painting. To paint gutters, eaves and fascias of two-bedroom unit. Only one side of unit - and back courtyard area. About 14 -15 meters in length. Courtyard side is about 7 foot high. The side areas highest peak is about 7-8 meters high. Will need a clean before painting. Will provide paint for two coats - dark grey for gutters and fascias and white color for eaves. In Coburg area. Flat on courtyard side, Slight incline on the side section. Ladder provided. Will need to provide own equipment to get to the high roof peak. Painting experience required

Remove metal gutter from front yard.

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.
