Double story house one of the corner is leaking badly

Need to install gutter mesh in a double storey building, scaffolding is currently installed so job has to be done before scaffolding is due to be removed , total length is about 60metres

Gutters were cleaned recently and I was told we have a blocked gutter. We need a roof plumber to come and have a look

I have 2 sections of gutter that have come loose from the fascia (clips/brackets have come off) and one corner joiner has broken, so the gutter is slightly hanging. 1. Battens: The back portion of the roof is sunk. For the "sunk" section, replace the warped timber battens to ensures tiles interlock correctly to stop leaks. Check other areas as well for potential issues. 2. Find and replace all cracked tiles to prevent any leaks. I have roughly 50 spares. Have taken videos from the recent rain where the crack is surely present. That will consume 15 tiles. Remaining can be used to replace the ones which are close to end of life or semi cracked. I have some black roof sealant paint as well from the previous job. Paint these tiles to match rest of the roof. 3. Junction Leak where the sunroom meets the main roof: Wetness here probably indicates failing apron flashing. Install new zincalume/metal flashing where the sunroom meets the main roof and remove the retired exhaust outlet 4. One gutter drainage: Cut a hole in the gutter, secure the pop, and pipe it to discharge away from the house All parts on actual + labour. Please feel free to quote your realistic offer.

Gutter hanging, needs to be propped up so water flows to the other side. Does not have to be perfect as entire awning will eventually be replaced.
