The rot is concentrated at the top of the post, where it meets the gutter and roof structure. Cause of damage is due to weathering. It requires structural carpentry repair. Outcome is to have the post repaired along with the surrounding areas where it joins, so that the remaining post does not rot further. Finished job is to also include painted, sanded, and finished to match existing structure. Likely the post needs to be replaced and possible the two connecting beams that join.

Replace existing gutter with a new one, make sure new installation follow the compliance standard. - L shape gutter, you may need to join around the corner. - End end is approx 2m, which means Overall length is approx 4m - Height approx 4m from ground.
