I would like a 5 m gutter approx replaced along with two down pipes that are rusted

Unless replacing the gutter is easier/cheaper, I need the following done. I'll provide whatever materials we decide are needed. 1. Fix the gutter on one side of a garden shed (440cm). It's still intact but needs a couple more brackets. 2. Drain pipe moved to the opposite end, to be closer to a tank. Block the current outlet and add a new one to the opposite end. Note: Gap between shed and fence 45cm Additional (good to have but please quote separately) 1. Improve drainage between shed and fence by clearing out mulch and then adding either gravel or perhaps a sock drain? 2. Put a tap into an old wheelie bin and a hole in the top.

The gutter has fallen on the outside of the alfresco, needs either fix or replacement

Looking for an experienced roofer or handyman to replace a section of guttering and install new flashing on a property in Yarraville (I am arranging this on behalf of the owner).

Old outdoor windows frames need to be repaired and repainted. 10 panels of varying size in total across 5 windows (as seen in pictures). The gutters at the front and back of the unit also needs to be repainted. If possible, the plastic roof over the entrance alcove needs to be pressure washed as well. I have 2 sections of gutter that have come loose from the fascia (clips/brackets have come off) and one corner joiner has broken, so the gutter is slightly hanging. Downpipe overflows even during light rain. Gutter was recently cleaned, no blockages. The issue seems to be at the junction where the downpipe connects to the gutter outlet. Water backs up and spills out instead of draining through. Two storey home in Mount Waverley. Photos attached. Need a roof plumber to inspect and fix. Please quote after on site inspection.

The gutters between the house and verandah are leaking when it rains and needs to be fixed. From what I can tell it needs to be clipped of a clip needs replacement. The old Gas BBQ needs to be removed from the mains gas and the mains gas lead possibly fixed with a converter so we can use on the portable gas BBQ.

Window is leaking when raining . I can only be there tomorrow from 10 to 1 pm to fix it. Need to inspect why it is leaking and fix the leak . It is a single story tile roof house

Gutter hanging, needs to be propped up so water flows to the other side. Does not have to be perfect as entire awning will eventually be replaced.
