Getting the gutters repaired and replaced the rotten timber close to the structural beam in pioneer bay

Having issues with gutter overflow need someone to take a look and repair.

Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Double storey house. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. Check humidity issues on mezzanine and walls to find what is causing the damage.

Fix gutter pipe that has a gap

Hubby is scared of hights. I'm looking for someone who can come to cut a few branches that hang over our gutter. Please see pics. Long ladder is provided, but you might need to have an electric chainsaw. It might only need two larger branches cut to fix the problem, so it's not a big job. Price is to cover all extra fees, except for booking fee.

Adding one down pipe to gutter to prevent overflow with heavy rain. There is a drainage point about 3 meters away.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary

I have a EUFY security cam which I need to securely mount to a gutter in front of the house I'm renting, it needs to be stable and easy to remove for when/if I move out. Budget is flexible
