I have a 2 storey house that I want to hang fairy lights from. I will supply the gutter hooks and fairy lights. I require someone with a ladder to hang the fairy lights from the eaves gutter. I reckon it should take about 2 hours.

My house was modified and now the pergola is not in line with new house wall. I would like to have a gutter put in place in one side then move 3 poles and put one corrugated roofing sheet (it is available)

Small home maintenance jobs include gutter clean, seal leaks on shed-like room, paint fascias, oil timber stairs. Probably could do in a day or two.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

We need the gutter areas in the picture (only front of the house) and down pipe prepped, primed and painted. The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.

The gutter pipe needs to be reconnected to main pipe as it’s leaking from the gap.

Install 3 units of 1.2m each driveway ramp using masonry bolts and joiners (available). Get your drill 10mm, hammer and other tools to bolt to the gutter. Quick job, should not take more than an hour.
