Move down pipe to side of house and replace front gutter

Need the gutters and facia below gutters painted in black. I have the paint required. Need a person to do the painting.

I’m looking for someone experienced with gutters to fix the fall/slope of my gutter. At the moment, part of the gutter has sagged, causing rainwater to pool and overflow instead of flowing properly into the downpipe. The task includes: Adjusting the gutter slope (re-levelling) Fixing the sagging section Making sure water drains correctly into the downpipe Ideally someone with proper tools and experience in gutter installation/repairs.

I have 30 m of facia and gutter to change from reddish brown to monument grey color. Matching can be done on site.. I also have four window frames and window windows to be painted from brown to black I have 13 door and window lentils to be painted from raw galvanized steel to black. I have other painting works on my fence to repaint Brown fencing color color match can be done on site We can negotiate costs

I have exterior grade waterproofing to paint on to this gutter to try to fill the holes a bit. Need you to get in the roof and paint it on. Can pay extra if you also want to put some white paint over the outside after. I have paint

My down pipe has disconnected. I need someone to reconnect it.

The gutter on front house needs realignment, water is ponding on a corner and is not draining properly. The part on the right hand corner in the photo needs to be realigned so that it drains in the pipe on the left hand side of the photo.

I need 10 to 12 metres of gutter reattaching to the clips (which are intact) at about 3 to 4 metres above ground … I’d do it myself but I’ve got vertigo right now so can’t go up ladders. 🤣

Reattach down pipe , repair - attach facia panel. Ladder in position it’s 6 metres high

Small gutter redirection job: we have a second floor gutter downspout that needs to be sealed off with drainage redirected to the other downspouts. Currently, during heavy rainfall, the pipes overflow and the water pours inside the house through the air-conditioning unit

Some gutter guard is not sitting under the roof tiles, as it should. Needs to be tucked under. May need a small piece to be "stitched in" , in order to reach the second tile. Open to suggestions, and advice. Not sure what is a fair price. Let me know.

Small home maintenance jobs include gutter clean, seal leaks on shed-like room, paint fascias, oil timber stairs. Probably could do in a day or two.

I have fixed the framing of a small section of roof over our balcony. The section is about 2m x 2m. After fixing the framing we relayed the terracotta roof tiles but they need to be done professionally and cemented. I have spare roof tiles at home. We also need to fix a 2m section of the gutter and also one downpipe needs to be replaced with pvc.

We need the gutter areas in the picture (only front of the house) and down pipe prepped, primed and painted. The property is sloping down so you would need to supply the means to reaching the gutters We can supply primer, paint, protection for driveway.. please see picture 3 for highlighted section - it’s just a small section of house gutters. Budget - max $800 but any better offers lower than this is helpful.
