There is multiple components to the job: 1) There is a rusted section in the colorbond sheet that needs to be replaced and fixed. 2) Replace existing gutters that is rusted. One of the gutters can be accessed on ground level and the other gutter is accessed by standing on the roof (see attached picture). Some timber below the rusted colorbond may need replacement depending on the its condition.

Loose rusted nails let section of the gutter to pull away from the fascia board (see attached), rain water overflows at this point instead of running down to the nearby down pipe. Job: secure/fasten gutter back to fascia board sufficiently. Re-align/level gutter allowing water to fall towards downpipe if needed. Job includes: labour and materials (rust proof screws).
