Looking for an experienced roof maintenance professional to clean roof gutters and install bird-proofing around solar panels on a double-storey home. Job Details - Clean and remove all debris from the roof rainwater gutters. As the weather has been relatively dry over the past month, now seems like a good time to complete this work. - Install a durable and effective bird-proofing solution (such as mesh or a similar product) around the existing solar panels. - There are two separate solar panel arrays, and both must be fully bird-proofed. - The property is a double-storey house, so appropriate safety equipment and working-at-heights experience are essential. - Previous experience with gutter cleaning and solar panel bird-proofing is required. Requirements - An invoice must be provided upon completion (payment can be made by cash or electronic transfer). - Work must be completed carefully without damaging the roof, gutters, or solar panels. - Please provide photos of the completed work for my records and real estate purposes. Additional Information - If the quality of work is excellent, there is an opportunity for similar work at another property. - As I do not live at the property, if the appointment needs to be rescheduled, a real estate agent will need to coordinate access with the tenants. I have a box gutter located in the valley of two gable roofs that discharges into a Colorbond metal sump. The system functions well during heavy rain, and there is an active overflow pipe installed at a high level. The base of the sump has a slight fall issue, and does not entirely slope cleanly toward the 90mm downpipe drop. A small amount of water remains trapped on one side of the sump base after rain. The sump is made of Colorbond metal and is 500mm long x 180mm wide x 300mm deep. I am looking for a qualified roof plumber or waterproofing specialist to inspect and recommend the best, most durable way to address this. Thank you for looking into this.

Looking for an experienced gutter repair or roofing professional only to patch or replace 3 badly rusted gutter sections on my 2- storey split-level home. The holes are quite large, so I would like the damaged sections patched if possible, or replaced if required. We have ladders available for access; however, you will need to bring any additional tools, materials and safety equipment required to complete the job safely. Requirements: * Experienced in gutter repairs and replacements. * Able to work safely on a multi-level home. * Inspect the damaged sections and determine whether they can be patched or need replacing. * Ensure the gutters are fully watertight when the job is complete. Dear Airtaskers, I bought some gutter brush guard leaf (see picture) that I'd like to place them in my gutter. I've placed one as shown in the photo. However, I'm not comfortable with going onto the roof and installing these myself, so I'm wondering if I can get some help with installing the remaining gutter brush guards (~30 remaining pieces). The house is one floor only and should be very straight-forward for someone used to doing work on the roof. Many thanks! ps: You'll need to have your own insurance to cover the risks for this job.

Check pics Need to be replaced Removing the rusted metal piece, riveting/sealing the rectangular top of the adapter over your existing gutter drop, dry-fitting and gluing your new 90mm PVC pipes/elbows with plumbing cement, and securing it to the wall with a new pipe clip.
