Seeking an experienced and licensed roofer / roof plumber to complete a rear roof replacement and associated roof plumbing work at a residential property. Scope of works • Uninstall existing metal roof of property, approx. 25sqm. • Supply and install new timber battens to roof of property. • Supply and install new Earthwool insulation to roof of property. • Supply and install new Colorbond corrugated roof to rear roof area, zinc colour. • Supply and install new Colorbond custom cappings and flashings to new roof, zinc colour. • Remove and dispose of all trade-related waste from site. • Supply and install new High Front Quad slotted gutter to new roof and perimeter of metal roof at rear of property, up to 10m, colour to be confirmed. • Supply and install new PVC 90mm downpipes at rear of property x 2. • Supply and install new timber fascia and eaves under gutter at rear of property, up to 10m. • Supply and install new metal fascia cover to new timber fascia at rear of property, up to 10m, colour to be confirmed. What I’m looking for • Licensed and insured roofer / roof plumber. • Experience with Colorbond re-roofing, guttering, fascia, flashings and downpipes. • Supply all materials required for the scope of work Notes • Rear roof area is approx. 25sqm. • Colour for gutter and fascia cover is to be confirmed on inspection.

Work involves replacing 17 mtr of 0.55 BMT custom folded box Rusted gutter. I am happy to pay $50 per hour price to the the person who has roofing experience. Please share your work experience and availability in next week.

Clean gutter, fix the leak

We need to replace a 2.5m length of rusted guttering. Replacement guttering needs to be Colourbond Ironstone. We would also like some construction materials/ items removed from the house and taken to the tip, including the old guttering, an awning (in pictures), a flat pack wardrobe (disassembled), and an outdoor table (pictured, now in disrepair).

On a project need some guys to fit faces and gutters all material will be supplied

Check pics Need to be replaced Removing the rusted metal piece, riveting/sealing the rectangular top of the adapter over your existing gutter drop, dry-fitting and gluing your new 90mm PVC pipes/elbows with plumbing cement, and securing it to the wall with a new pipe clip.

-Require approx 98 lineal meters of gutter to be painted black -5 down pipes around house to be painted black

Terracotta roof tiles need repointing. Gutters are sagging on two sides. New downpipes potentially needed - advice on this needed. Colorbond barge caps to 3 gables. Please include to supply all materials and access equipment for the task.

I have one 8 meter length of guttering needed to be put up. End caps and drain outlet cut. The old gutter is removed already. A 10 Meter length of guttering put up end caps and grain outlet installed.
