Looking for an experienced roofer who can replace the flashing and ensure the skylight is watertight. Please quote including whether materials are supplied. Skylight is square. Insurance is covering resulting damage from leak but not replacing skylight flashing - as its covered under "maintainance." Quick clean out/ tidy up of gutters while on the roof. Single story home.

I have a box gutter located in the valley of two gable roofs that discharges into a Colorbond metal sump. The system functions well during heavy rain, and there is an active overflow pipe installed at a high level. The base of the sump has a slight fall issue, and does not entirely slope cleanly toward the 90mm downpipe drop. A small amount of water remains trapped on one side of the sump base after rain. The sump is made of Colorbond metal and is 500mm long x 180mm wide x 300mm deep. I am looking for a qualified roof plumber or waterproofing specialist to inspect and recommend the best, most durable way to address this. Thank you for looking into this.
