Hi Im looking for someone who can clean my gutter on my awning. Its only one gutter.

Roof tiles were affecting by tree growing against them. The row of roof tiles as per the photo needs to be relayed properly with edging re-pointed as its broken.

What’s Needed: Disassemble top assembly, check/replace internal washer or rubber O-rings, or replace the anti-vandal tap head assembly entirely. Re-install securely with appropriate thread sealant/tape to make it watertight. Test that the valve turns on/off properly using a standard key handle without unscrewing the housing. Tools/Parts: I have the standard 4-way brass key tool, but please bring standard plumbing tape, replacement washers/O-rings, or a spare anti-vandal tap head in case parts are worn out.

Hi, I need the mainhouse and the granny flat roof gutters to be cleaned.

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of. What I'm after: Inspect the roof and ceiling cavity to identify where the water is getting in Repair the leak itself (flashing, tiles/sheeting, seals — whatever the cause turns out to be) Let me know if the ceiling/plaster repair and repaint is something you can also do, or if I'll need a separate plasterer/painter Flag any electrical safety issue with the nearby downlight if relevant Photos of the ceiling damage are attached. Cleaning gutters on a single story home

See pics of exact shed below. I purchased the concrete fixings pack that will attach the shed to the concrete pavers where it will sit in our backyard. It just got delivered today even though I wasn’t expecting it to be delivered until the 17th. So if someone is available today or tomorrow to assemble it before we have bad weather again, that would be ideal!!

Need gutters cleaned need to supply own ladders. Gutter is approximately 6 m high.

Need help with metal colorbond roof reinstallation. Membrane was installed incorrectly. Need to remove the roof, replace membrane class 2 with class 4, then place the roof back. Also need to install fascia on 1 side, barge capping - all sides and 1 gutter and pipe. Roof size: 350cmx 210cm All materials will be provided. Tools are available, but feel free to bring your own. Weekend only (ideally July 18 or july 19). Ideally 1 person with experience in roofing who will help my husband to do the job.

Approx 3 to 4 sqaure meter froyer ceiling found small watermark patch, would you send one person to inspect roof and to confirm water leakage and fix it ASAP as recent roof pressure cleaning and fixing just two months ago and done by proper roof cleaner. lshen

The roof on my garage has concrete roof tiles. One of them has slipped down and is now pushing against the gutter. (See photo) I need someone to come and fix the tiles back up into position
