I’ve taken photos of both the whole section and the particular part that is causing issues. For the one in the front, the base isn’t really connected to the stormwater inlet so happy to hear suggestions on what’s best for that. Similarly though, only the top section needs necessarily replacing (and I’ve attached a photo of the damaged bend).

Hi, I need the mainhouse and the granny flat roof gutters to be cleaned.

I've got water damage appearing on the ceiling of a study/sunroom and need someone to find the source and fix it. The paint and plaster have blistered and lifted along a line across the ceiling, which looks like water tracking from a leak above. There's also a recessed downlight close to the damaged area, so there's a potential water-near-electrical concern to be mindful of.
