I live in a small 2 bed terrace. I Have a small gutter at the front of the house that needs emptying. I also need a small skylight cleaned on the roof as well as some solar panels. You will need to bring a tall ladder as I don’t have one to access the front of the house which is reasonably high.

I need my gutters cleaned for a very small property in Surry Hills. It should be a quick and easy job, and I would do it myself but I don't have big enough ladders. The property is 100sqm and there are 3 main gutters which need cleaning. Bin for debris can be provided if required

Water ingress via window sill. Needs sealant. Also minor paint bubbling. You need to be licensed and insured.

The opaque corrugated sheeting (2) has buckled with heat and time allowing rain to come through in parts. Replacement with strong white opaque fiberglass needed. Approximate measurements of opening in image. Fairly easy roof access. Narrow side of house entry.

We have one long gutter on the second floor which needs the leaves cleaned out. It’s along the street and is up high so you would need a ladder (there’s no other way to access it.) The ladder could rest on the footpath and the building side. The gutter is only 6 metres long so once you’re up there it’d be a super fast job.
