I need to replace the existing downpipe/drainage pipe running along the outside brick wall (approx 4 metres long). The pipe connects the rainwater tank to the stormwater drain. Supply, Install and connect downpipe. I dont mind if the downpipe is colourbond or PVC , whatever is easier and cheaper. See attached photo. Downpipe location is circled in yellow and the underground PVC connection location is circled in pink. The underground pipe connection is approximately 3m.

Painting top and bottom edges of front and back door and three doors in bathrooms, paint some down pipe, and one spot in hall way

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.

Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. I discovered a small part of rain water down pipe is broken, rainwater came out from the spot, instead flow to drain.

Clear the 2 downpipe from leaves and install a mesh cover over it

Install downpipe so this drains correctly. Also require some flashing crewed down correctly. Group the tasks together.
