The problems: • Gutter Leak & Pooling: There is a leak occurring where the house and extension gutters meet. The current slope is incorrect, causing rainwater to accumulate and pool in the corner rather than flowing toward the drain. • Re-pitching Required: The guttering between the two structures needs to be re-aligned/re-pitched to restore a proper fall so water drains efficiently. • Pipe Replacement: I have a section of PVC (6-8 metre) pipe currently acting as a makeshift downpipe. I need this removed and replaced with proper, standard guttering/downpipe materials to match the system.

Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Noisy inlet valve on downstairs toilet to be replaced as makes noise about once every 2 hours. There is also a small leak in external house pipe.

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.

Downpipe needs replacing

Install bird spikes on the S-bend of the two downpipes on the second floor. Spikes will be provided.

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. Looking to install a rainwater diverter on the downpipe so that I can divert the water to another drain closeby to stop my garage getting flooded hoping someone can assist

I discovered a small part of rain water down pipe is broken, rainwater came out from the spot, instead flow to drain.

Install downpipe so this drains correctly. Also require some flashing crewed down correctly. Group the tasks together.

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.

Adding one down pipe to gutter to prevent overflow with heavy rain. There is a drainage point about 3 meters away.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary
