I hav a metal down pipe that’s become disconnected from the roof gutter and needs to be repaired rejoined.

1. Hook downpipes to new water tank 2. Hook all pkumbing to the kutchen bathroom and toilet 3. Decommission 2 tanks on property. 4. All extra down pipes to be drained to feild 5. New pumps to be installed to new tank 6. Install new toilet and free standing shower 7. All plumbing done in accordance with ensuring minimal digging is required.

We have a downpipe as pictured that gets noisy at night when it’s raining from the drips that hit the bend. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing to come and insert some kind of material that will stop the noise. The downpipe is upstairs outside our bedroom. Pretty easy access but you will need a ladder to get onto the roof.

Photos of all items are attached. Single-storey house with easy access around the property. Looking for someone experienced in general exterior property maintenance who can complete all work in one visit if possible. Install bird spikes on the S-bend of the 2 downpipes on the second floor. A ladder of at least 6m is required. Spikes will be provided.

We need bird spikes fixed to the downpipe that runs down from our roof gutters as pidgeons are sleeping there. It's approximately 7 metres high. We'll provide the spikes and something to fix it with.

I need a plumber / roofer to replace part of down pipe spreader to me. Nothing wrong with the spreader but the water drips onto the iron roof not the tiles which makes it super noisy when it rains. I need it to be extended to tiles or anywhere that doesn’t let the rain drop onto the metal part of the roof

The pergola downpipe currently goes nowhere and we need to get this connected to the storm water. We would also like install a strip drain between the pergola concrete and pool concrete to connect to the same drain.

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.

Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. Looking to install a rainwater diverter on the downpipe so that I can divert the water to another drain closeby to stop my garage getting flooded hoping someone can assist
