I’ve just had the gutters cleaned at my townhouse in Highett, and the contractor identified one blocked downpipe. Water is backing up and there appears to be leaf matter/sludge inside the pipe. Replace a blocked, rectangular tin, down pipe with a new 90mm PVC down pipe on a two storey building. Easily accessed from the gate on road side. Check there is no further blockage down stream from where the pipe is replaced.

1) Replace 2 x storm water down pipes - 1 x from house roof gutter and 1 x from garage gutter. Current pipes are made of iron (now rusted) and rectangular + cylindrical in shape. Looking for an experienced roof plumber or tiler to fix a minor water leak in my garage roof. Current Issue: The upper-level downpipe currently discharges a large volume of rainwater directly onto the lower garage roof tiles. During prolonged heavy rain, a small amount of water seeps through to the garage timber frame inside. The area was previously sealed with silicone, which stopped major leaks, but minor seepage still occurs during continuous rain. Scope of Work: Supply and install a downpipe spreader / extension pipe to redirect the upper water discharge straight into the lower gutter (instead of blasting the tiles). Clean off degraded old silicone/sealant around the flashing and tiles in that area. Re-seal any gaps around the wall flashing with high-grade roofing silicone to ensure a watertight finish. Fix leaking down pipe under bathroom vanity

I need some downpipes installed I can supply all materials. I have a 3 Downpipes on One Side, 2 Downpipes on the other side and a grate to install in front of garage.

Fix Noisy downpipe on second story The pipe makes. Noise when rainwater hits the curve in the pipe. We fixed one of the pipes by inserting sponge so water hits sponge and not pipe. This includes work at height. Aspendale

I need a plumber / roofer to replace part of down pipe spreader to me. Nothing wrong with the spreader but the water drips onto the iron roof not the tiles which makes it super noisy when it rains. I need it to be extended to tiles or anywhere that doesn’t let the rain drop onto the metal part of the roof

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.

When it rains, water pools in one corner of my gutter and overflows like a fountain. The gutters are clear of debris but I believe they are on a very slight slant leading rain to build up in this corner and rush over the edge. I need someone to replace the piece of rotting wood underneath this corner of the gutter (see images) and install a downpipe so that water can effectively drain from this area in the future.

Amend the 5 downpipes shown to make room for electrical conduit to run under the downpipe on top of the brickwork capping, also use pvc pipe to remove the sharp 90 degree angle to reduce rain noise.

Drain at bottom of downpipe is blocked. Material is quite hard, Suspect organic shave been growing in it? Need to clear it.
