Hello, Need a licensed plumber to install a strip drain as marked in the photo, connect it to the existing downpipe/storm water

Water is leaking from a section of downpipe (see photos). It looks like the joints are not sealed properly and water is running down the outside of the pipe, staining the wall. Job requirements: Inspect the downpipe and connection to the gutter. Repair or replace damaged/leaking section. Ensure the joints are sealed properly and water flows through the pipe without leaking. Clean up any mess after the job. Access is straightforward from ground and first floor balcony. Please bring your own tools and materials (replacement section, sealant, etc.).

I think it needs an adaptor?

1. Towel rack to be re attached. It has become loose and not sitting securely on the wall. We have had it fixed although keeps coming lose. I believe new wall plugs will be needed. And these will need to be supplied please 2. Down pipe on roof had become loose. You will need a ladder to securely fix screw back on to wall and assemble the down pipe

Looking for a licensed plumber to inspect and clear a blocked downpipe connected to rainwater storage tanks. Three problems in my house need to be fixed by an experienced handyman. 1- One of the downpipes is not correctly connected to the drainage, and there is about a 1 cm gap 2- The cement around one of the ridge caps is broken and needs to be fixed 3- One of the vertical tiles on the porch is detached, and a few of them are loose. It is a very small poach with only 6 or 7 small tiles In addition, I want the person to walk on the roof and find out if there are any other problems on the roof or not. I will pay separately to fix the newly found problems. The house is one story and all problems on in the front yard, so you do not need to enter the house.

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.
