Need to get 2 downpipes fixed as per the attached photos.

Need to get 11.5 meters long gutter replace and an extra down pipe install

Install additional downpipes. Unsure how many. Minimum 2 but potentially 4 if deemed needed. Single storey home, brick, on stumps with sub floor access available.

External Plastic down pipe aprox 1 m long needs to be dropped aprox 3-4 cms to allow water to fall quicker.

1. Battens: The back portion of the roof is sunk. For the "sunk" section, replace the warped timber battens to ensures tiles interlock correctly to stop leaks. Check other areas as well for potential issues. 2. Find and replace all cracked tiles to prevent any leaks. I have roughly 50 spares. Have taken videos from the recent rain where the crack is surely present. That will consume 15 tiles. Remaining can be used to replace the ones which are close to end of life or semi cracked. I have some black roof sealant paint as well from the previous job. Paint these tiles to match rest of the roof. 3. Junction Leak where the sunroom meets the main roof: Wetness here probably indicates failing apron flashing. Install new zincalume/metal flashing where the sunroom meets the main roof and remove the retired exhaust outlet 4. One gutter drainage: Cut a hole in the gutter, secure the pop, and pipe it to discharge away from the house All parts on actual + labour. Please feel free to quote your realistic offer.

I need a rusted guttering down pipe replaced. 102mm x 78mm square down pipe 4” x 3” 520 mm top section length. 2440 mm down section

Needing to solve a heavy rainfall issue where the water ends up in my garage the drain next to the downpipe does not get rid of the water it’s like a supplement drain with limited drainage. Looking to install a rainwater diverter on the downpipe so that I can divert the water to another drain closeby to stop my garage getting flooded hoping someone can assist

I discovered a small part of rain water down pipe is broken, rainwater came out from the spot, instead flow to drain.

Hydro jetting down pipes and clogged underground drain pipes

Clear the 2 downpipe from leaves and install a mesh cover over it

Install downpipe so this drains correctly. Also require some flashing crewed down correctly. Group the tasks together.

Area of the roof that needs attention is around 50cm to 100cm, thats it I need flushing installed in the roof to direct the rain water path and protects insulation and plasterboard. I've got the flushing material already. Also, need a downpipe installed.

Adding one down pipe to gutter to prevent overflow with heavy rain. There is a drainage point about 3 meters away.

So the gutter is not in the right angle and it accumulates water and dirt over time, need to adjust it to a right angle so the water will just flow and flush down the dirt and leaves when raining. May need to add additional down pipe if necessary

Remove dia 60mm downpipe and replace with dia 90mm x 2700mm length plus offset length into existing gutter.
