Hi, looking for someone to fix a couple of outdoor shed issues: Shed Gutter: Re-pitch the gutter so water drains away from the house, cut a new 90mm pop outlet at the low end, and attach a PVC downpipe to ground level. Post Base: Clean up heavy rust on the shed post base, apply rust converter/protective spray, and secure a metal sleeve/bracket if needed for strength. Single-story, easy ladder access. Looking for someone to come and identify and fix a noisy hammering sound when it rains outside our bedroom upstairs. We’ve recently had the gutters cleaned, but it’s still happening. The noise is quite loud, especially at night. It could be the downpipe at the bend. Looking for someone to come ASAP. Located in Caulfield See photos for reference

*I can supply mesh if need be, just need someone with an extension ladder and screws to secure and seal everything up.* We have recently moved into a two storey unit and need several entry points sealed from rodents along the rooflines with mesh. Entry points are: -3 downpipes on 1st storey roof. (2 above garage and 1 in box gutter at front of property). Mesh to be secured around opening at bottom. -1 exhaust vent missing its cap by second storey soffit. Mesh installed over hole. -1 exposed gap underneath cladding by party wall. Around 30cm x10cm gap to secured. -1 small section of gutter on second storey where gutterguard was poorly installed (hole visible and not secured with screws) We recently installed gutterguards on the roof but are still having pests in roof cavity, so am trying to eliminate all possibilities. Would love every entry point to be secured and sealed with mesh and screws. Extension ladder needed.

We have a blocked downpipe coming form the rooftop. Either something stuck in the rainbox or along the pipe itself. The box is high so a tall ladder will be required to reach.

Looking for a handyman to complete a couple of small jobs. 1. Aluminium Shed Doors * Recently had concrete laid, but unfortunately it is too high, preventing the shed doors from opening fully. * Need the bottom of the aluminium shed doors trimmed/cut down to allow them to open properly. * Would also like a weatherproof rubber flap or seal installed along the bottom of the doors to prevent water from entering the shed. 2. Aluminium Downpipe * Need an existing aluminium downpipe cut down to make it shorter. * I would like to keep part of the existing downpipe in place, just reduce its length. Looking for someone with the appropriate tools and experience working with aluminium who can complete both jobs neatly.

Fix 2 downpipe connectors

There is a gap between the gutter downpipe and connector. Water is not going to connector and flows outside of connector. There is no blockage

As attched, I have checked the photo 2 years ago when they do the building inspection and compared with photo yesterday. Seem the pipe is not just disconnected but the bottom part sink into ground about 30cm, which indicates the connection to property drainage system is broken, only reconnect the downpipe doesn't really fix the problem, will need to cut a bit on concrete path to check connection underneath. please check the drainage condition and bring quotes for the repair.

I have one pipe that is sitting just above the drain that needs to be connected to the storm water as there is a small gap of a few cm. Also have one pipe out the side of house that has cracked and needs a piece to replace it.

Fix Noisy downpipe on second story The pipe makes. Noise when rainwater hits the curve in the pipe. We fixed one of the pipes by inserting sponge so water hits sponge and not pipe. This includes work at height. Aspendale

Connect existing downpipe to existing channel drain which is going to stormwater

I need a plumber / roofer to replace part of down pipe spreader to me. Nothing wrong with the spreader but the water drips onto the iron roof not the tiles which makes it super noisy when it rains. I need it to be extended to tiles or anywhere that doesn’t let the rain drop onto the metal part of the roof

The pergola downpipe currently goes nowhere and we need to get this connected to the storm water. We would also like install a strip drain between the pergola concrete and pool concrete to connect to the same drain.

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.
