Hi, Looking for an experienced licensed plumber/drainage contractor with a high-pressure jetter / drain cleaning equipment and CCTV inspection equipment. I have recently had a CCTV drainage report completed on a residential property in Glen Iris which identified: - Blockage in 90mm PVC agi pipe at front of property - Tree root intrusion/blockage in 100mm earthenware stormwater pipe at front of property (and mis-alignment - Partial blockage in sewer line along side boundary Scope of work: High-pressure jet clean agi / old stormwater drains at front of property High pressure sewer / clean at side of property boundary Clear root intrusion where possible. CCTV inspection after all cleaning - advise / quote on any repairs if necessary. Important: Earthenware pipe appears to be old and may be a shared stormwater line. Hi, I have a Panasonic inverter split system air conditioner, approximately 7–8 years old, around 7kW capacity. The indoor unit is leaking water from the right-hand side.
