Looking for an experienced handyman/carpenter to repair water-damaged areas in my bathroom. We are looking for an experienced plasterer to fix internal plaster repair (bathroom ceiling): Water damage is showing through the plaster inside the bathroom. Source of water damage has been rectified. Area will need to be replastering and made good Including prep and finish (painting full ceiling to ensure it blends. Any time today would be great.

We have just noticed a roof leak that has caused water damage to the internal plaster/ceiling in our bathroom. The phone was dropped 30cm within a pool. The phone turns on however water can be found within the screen when it is turned on. It does charge. Face ID

I dropped my iPhone 12 at the beach yesterday. It would've been for about 2-3 seconds which was enough time for sea water to get into the openings. I did my best to dry it immediately and knock out any excess water. Some issues that have occurred: - Phone infinitely restarting. - Phone turns on, works perfectly fine for a few hours then shuts off. - Sim card reader not working. - Face ID not working. I just want a honest and solid assessment of what the damage is and whether it is worth repairing. If the repair costs anything close to a new phone then I'd much rather get a new iPhone.

We need a section of the timber floor repaired in our previous rental apartment (where we no longer live). The damaged section is circular (see images attached) and sustained water damage because of a water bowl. The landlord unfortunately does not have replacement boards.
