Find a professional hot water system contractor in VIC

Plumber to change or inspect hot water tempering valve in apartment. My showers/bathroom hot water takes a long time to heat up after being turned off and on again. Sometimes it never heats up after turning it off and on! I'm not sure if that valve is really the issue. There's also always a loud clonk sound turning on and off water at home. Please advise your price and I don't have any materials, so if tempering valve is needed to be changed do you carry a stash or?

I have an Aquamax external gas storage hot water system. The system provides hot water most of the time, but occasionally the pilot flame goes out and the hot water stops working. I have to go outside and manually relight the pilot to get it working again. The water pressure decreases by 70% or more as soon as other tap with other water is used in the house. Need qualified plumber to check the pressure limiting valve and replace it if the need be, happy to pay the purchase costs. We have a newly built house and builder is taking too much time to send trades through. I think the issue is low pressure coming out of the unit, which means builders plumber either installed a faulty or choked Pressure Limiting Valve on the cold inlet line, or build debris have choked the pipes.

My electric hot water tank is around 250L. Each time we use the hot water, it only lasts for around 10 minutes then goes stone cold for hours until it re heats. I believe it may not be heating the whole tank, or a possible thermostat issue.

The hot water is working properly from the bathroom sink tap, but there is no hot water coming from the shower. The sink receives hot water without any issues, which suggests the hot water supply is available. The problem appears to be isolated to the shower and may require inspection and repair.

Hi, I need a licensed plumber/gasfitter to replace an instantaneous gas hot water system that was stolen from the exterior wall of my property in Rockbank. Looks like the thieves cut the copper lines, causing a leak. The gas network distributor has already attended, shut off the gas at the main meter, and capped the damaged line with emergency isolation tape for safety. Scope of work includes: Supply and install a new external continuous flow gas hot water unit (standard 3-4 bedroom home). Repair/reconnect the damaged copper gas and water pipework left on the brick wall. Conduct a full gas safety/leak test. The property is currently tenanted, so coordination for access will be arranged via my real estate agent.
