i had pest control come over, as i heard foot steps of birds on my roof. they told me i have a pigeon, which needs to be caught and removed. they however appear closed over the xmas break, so i am posting this task. its a double storey house.

I need to get my annual gutter clean done. Double story house. I'd also like to see if you can address the noisy dripping from the downpipes that continues for hours and hours after the rain stops. I have read many home solution ideas like hanging something like rope, chain or fibreglass fishing tape in the downpipe to reduce the dripping. Job would include ensuring it is not a debris issue and then installing something to stop the dripping.
