Gutter cleaning for a double story four bedroom house.

I’m looking for an experienced roofer inspect, replace, and properly seal a broken roof tile just UNDER the solar panel that is causing a leak. It is a 2 storey house based in Surrounds Helensvale.

Looking to get 2 existing downpipes connected 1/ 90mm round PVC 1/ 100mm x 70mm colourbond Approximately 3.5m span between the 2 existing downpipes. Needs to be completed in a tradesmen like manner, and compliant to building standards. Will need multiple fittings for angles, adaptor from round to rectangular pipe, mounting brackets and straight length of downpipe. Lowest property with good access. Pretty simple job for an experienced person with correct tools. Less than $50 worth of materials. Happy for inspections if required Located at Redland Bay.

Disassemble outdoor dog enclosure Description: Looking for a handyman or fencing person to help disassemble an outdoor dog enclosure. Scope of work: • Unbolt and remove one temporary fencing panel laid sideways on top of the enclosure (used as part of the roof) • Unbolt and remove one roof section attached to timber battens (roof sheets stay attached to timber – just unbolt timber from enclosure) • Disassemble the enclosure panels once roof sections are removed • Stack panels neatly on site Important notes: • No cutting required • No concrete footings or digging • Everything is bolt-on / clamp-on • All panels and roof sections must remain intact for reuse Tools required: Spanners / socket set, basic hand tools Access is clear and job is straightforward.

Roof leak. Appears to be associated with chimney entry.

See attached photos of where water is pooling at the soil area and require downspout drainage installed underneath the soil for runoff to main road. Length is approximately 6 metres from soil area to main road.

Water leak from roof in corner of bedroom need to fix the leak

We need to clean down pipe and also install overflow drain for box gutter for better flow during heavy rain. We have tried using drain snake to clear the down pipe.

We need insulation above a room asap. The room is 30m2 and we have purchased 35m of insulation. We need someone who has done this at least once before and is comfortable navigating roof cavity. We are happy to help, by handing the insulation bats up etc

Roof Cavity area is needed to have insulation put into it. There are 11 bags which cover a 10m square each.
