Installation of 1 whirlybird on tin shed roof

I would like to have the gutter cleaned at 17 Buttler Street, Bellbird Park QLD 4300.

I need someone to fix and repair my roof and do plastering. And in addition if possible paint

I bought a rooftop tent (Kings Tourer Rooftop Tent), but my crossbars don’t have holes to bolt it directly. My crossbars are Rhino-Rack Vortex, which use T-bolts (I already bought the correct T-bolts). I need someone to help me install and secure the rooftop tent on my car and explain how the mounting system works, as I’m having some difficulty understanding the setup. I believe I have all the required hardware, I just need assistance with the installation.
