Recently renovated house and spread all insulation to one side of the ceiling. Looking for someone to re spread insulation and top up any missing bits with new insulation. Approx 90sqm of ceiling area. Must have experience doing this.

I need two sheets of roof iron replaced. The whole length is around 5 metres each but since only the very end / edge of the roof iron are rusted, I only need around 2 metres cut from existing roof and replaced with new sheets. The part that needs replacing sit on the exposed roof and partly under the patio. So two sheets of roof iron from patio need to be loosen first to slot in new iron. Its not as complicated as it sounds, sorry I am trying to describe it best I can. You supply 2 sheets roof iron (2.4 m each) and roof screws please. And labour please. I prefer Friday or Saturday (anytime all day) or after 3pm Mon - Thursday.

When it rains, water gets in through the crack, so I’d like the beam replaced and properly waterproofed for a long-term fix. Work includes: Remove the existing cracked beam. Supply and install a new treated pine or LVL beam (same size). Reconnect roof sheets as needed. Install metal flashing or capping on top of the beam to stop future leaks.
