Gutter on 3rd story townhouse is leaking and dripping on to a tin roof, the dripping needs to be fixed as it’s annoying, access to the roof is hard as it’s 3 story’s up.

Need my tiled roof and gutters repainted. Need cleaned, primed and double coated. You need to have all the equipment and appropriate roof paint. Colour to be decided. Single story home with solar that needs plastic covering. Roof area is about 350-380m2.

4 tiles in middle of roof edge loose on both sides top edge are concrete and stable but the 3-6 tiles are loose and I think after last storm rain water was able to get in . Need someone to secure the tiles
