Small damage by the TV Antenna, approximately 800x40mm gap. needs to be replaced by a piece of wood, or, patched up. Showing in the photo covered by plastic to stop rain.

Residential house in Varsity Lakes. A few small cracks in roof tiles - had insurance come to do an inspection and they have denied the claim to repair, so looking for a roofer who can check what needs to be done and arrange repairs. It seems the work is minor. Price can be agreed upon after inspection, happy to pay as required for repairs that are needed obviously.

We have purchased a new Easy Shed - 1.5m x 2.25m Skillion Roof Shed that needs to be installed on a concrete slab in our backyard.

2 pieces of gutter to be replaced. One section appears to have dropped so is not running down hill to drain and overflowing. Plastic and old chip board has been used on roof. Want to get it tidied up and replaced with new gutter. Second section is just a straight run with holes in it. Approx 7m in total

i need 2x bricks replaced in wall inside roof cavity, inside safete. the bricks were removed to do some plumbing work. i have 2 new bricks to go back in, just need to be weatherproof, it's not visible as it's under the roof tiles so it doesn't need to look pretty.

Waterproof and tile shower including nib wall with niche. Photos show before. Tiles, shower screen and nib wall have been removed and rebuilt with fresh villaboard ready for tiling. Shower floor to be tiled over the top of exisiting tiles. We have tiles and glue supplied by us. Tiled area is approx 6sqm.

Hi, I am in urgent need of help. There has been a slow leak from the bathroom on the second floor (with the Garage directly underneath). It appears that the very slow leak has been filtering into the garage roof and might have damaged the beams with rot and mold. This only came to light when the Garage ceiling stated to break and pieces falling down at which time the tenant alerted us. I was hoping you would be able to inspect this and make recommendations as soon as possible. The property is located in Varsity Lakes Gold Coast. If in any way possible, I would really appreciate if you are able to swing past the property sooner rather than later as I am concerned about safety. Patch small hole in the roof

There is a gap in the flashing under the eaves on my roof its not very big, approx 100mm x 100mm. Need it to be closed up to stop the rats getting in. Will need a ladder to get onto the roof to fix it.

Roof breather pipe rubber seal has failed and needs to be replaced. I have silicon, You will just need to supply and fit the seal. Located on 2nd story roof, accessible from 1st story roof, will need a ladder.

I need down pipes fixed

I'm building a Stilla studio and have assembled the two roof frames, with the Colorbond sheets already attached. I need 2–3 strong people to help me lift and slide the roof frames (one for each gable) onto the top of the shed. I reckon each weighs about 50 kg. The job should take no more than 30 minutes with enough hands. If you can bring a ladder, that would be great — I have two, but a third or fourth will help make the job safer and smoother. I've attached: * Photos of the current shed * Photos of the assembled roof frames * Relevant pictures from the assembly instructions Total budget is $150, based on $50 per person for around 30 minutes of work. I have two front doors that may need to be cut door and installed

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable builder who has worked with soundproofing before to help reduce noise in our Pilates studio. What needs to be done: - Fill and seal any gaps in the ceiling to prevent sound from travelling between spaces - Cover gap above window and fill with insulation batts - Install polyester acoustic blankets to 60m2 of the ceiling - potentially cover pipes to reduce sound further Optional/ but preferred: skills in painting as the ceiling and tops of the walls will need to be painted. (Flexi vents are longer attached to the ceiling). Electrical - removing old cords and installing new track lights. Budget can be discussed upon booking.
