Just looking to get a quote to replace the gutters on front and one side of this property and also painting the fascia Photos are attached that provide some indication of scope of works. Can I please have quote which shows cost of materials, labour and other requirements and costs. Indicative measurements are: Front: 12m Side: 32m The back may to be done as well depending on condition - 10m The other side was replaced a few years ago. The property is accessible if someone would like to go down and have a look at it. Scope includes removal/disposal, new Colorbond coastal-suitable gutter profile, new brackets/fixings, resealing of stop ends and outlets, inspection of fascia, and separate line items for downpipes, fascia repairs and access equipment.

Looking for alternatives to full balcony re-waterproofing. We have two large balconies, some of the black perimeter tiles are drummy and with gaps in mortar. The edge also has a metal capping which is rusty and needs to go. Looking for handyman/tiler/builder that can do the job from balcony (ie no scaffolding) and can remove all metal capping, glue back tiles if needed, fix/seal gaps between tiles to make it as waterproof as possible. Will need to check the site and give quote. Body Corporate is supportive. Thanks
