Branch fell in high wind on Friday. The branch has been cut up this morning and access is now ready. Foxtel no longer connects to the satellite and the gutter is just below the dish. Just around the other side of the house, one roof tile appears to be broken.

During yesterday's rain, we noticed a slight leak into the house from around one of the skylights. It has happened for the very first time. Photos from my visual roof inspection are attached.

Just need someone to climb onto a flat garage roof and take video of a part of the roof. When it rains there is run off spilling over the edge and we want to understand what is going on. We don't have the right ladder to do this ourselves.

There are two positions leaking water on the ceiling, the two leaking positions are close to the antenna on the roof. And my house uses the central air conditioning, or it is leaking from the pipes of central air conditioning? Need someone who can check and fix it. Thanks!

Urgent roof tile repair in Theodore. Heavy rain this morning has leaked through a likely broken tile has leaked through a down light into the kitchen. If all tiles could be inspected and replaced if needed. Two bedroom single level townhouse. I have attached photos and have one roof tile spare. A number of tiles were fixed and replaced two years ago. Repair asap would be ideal before further rain/internal damage, however understood this might be a long shot. I have only added $50 to this request and understand this job will cost more than this. A truck accidentally caught the gutter and moved it slightly. The gutter bracket has come loose from the timber and the gutter needs to be repositioned and secured again. I need someone to instal a small hook in my veranda ceiling and help me string some fairy lights up. The ceiling of the veranda is about 3 metres high. I have a small step ladder but you may prefer to bring your own. The ceiling has 3 hooks already, it's only the 4th that needs installing.
