We have a roof leak, possibly a broken tile or eroded concrete around the tiles. Looking to fix the leak/ replace the tile and also to paint that part of the roof (if you can paint it, otherways it’s not a priority) There are also a couple of different places where the concrete had eroded around the tiles as per photo and new concreted needs to be reapplied. We have spare tiles.
