I noticed a water leak in the middle of the ceiling after the rain last week. I have 3 spare roof tiles. The gutters were cleaned last February (I would have preferred to wait until after autumn when my tree looses it's leaves but the new leak needs to be repaired).

I need my gutters cleaned, front and back only (no side gutters). One long stretch of guttering at the front and another at the back. There are no side gutters as it's a pitched (cathedral style) roof. The gutters have gutter guard attached so it will need to be unscrewed then screwed back on. Single story home. Classic ex-govi layout. I also have a green bin so you don't need to take the rubbish away. Please make an offer (ignore the $10 budget). Prefer Friday to Sunday this weekend but am flexible.

I recently upgraded my air-conditioning and removed some ceiling vents. I now need insulation placed over those sections and any empty areas in the roof space topped up. I’d like insulation installed across both the horizontal ceiling and the vertical wall cavities. I have 2 batts of insulation already purchased.
