I have a two-storey house in Bayswater on a 233sqm block with a Bondor roof. Unfortunately ever since construction was completed two years ago, the upstairs experiences regular vibration type sounds from the roof whenever the wind blows in a west or south westerly direction over 20kmph. It is an extremely annoying sound that sounds like metal vibrating. My builder could not identify the issue and he put more screws in the flashings but that didn't work. I hired someone from AirTasker and they did the same, but that didn't work. I have purchased some self adhesive flashing tape (bituminous) and would like someone to apply that to see if it works. The problem is that I need someone here when the noise is occurring in order for the location to be properly identified. I do not want to waste more money.
