My house seems to have birds on flat concrete roof, I have solar panels they might be nesting under. Not sure. I can see some bird poo on front eave which needs to be cleaned off. Hi there. We are renovating and adding extension at rear. We would like someone to replace the front part of the house, remove and dispose of roof tiles, and then replace with white metal colorbond like panels. See pictures attached. The house is 4 rooms. I need the roof structure that it has been attached to a small shed disassembled. Not professionally installed so should come apart with basic tools. Does not need to be disposed just brought down. I estimate it will take 1-2 hours but cant do as I have recently had knee surgery.

Replace gutter 20 m approx on a two storey home and two down pipes

Single storey house with cement tiles. Last night during the heavy rain, a good amount of water dripped from the roof into a crack in the corner of a room. This has happened once before near the same corner after heavy rain and gutters being full. Need to find the source of leak and fix this as gutters are clear now. I need 2 roof downpipes repaired and a silicone reseal on my kitchen sink. First down pipe seems to leak down at the 45 join (white) as during rain the surrounding yellow gravel gets wet. I need the gravel dug back a little and the 45’s reseated / replaced to ensure no leaks. Second downpipe the lawnmower has run into and left a crack. This needs to be repaired / portion replaced. Third item is a simple clear silicone strip back and reseal on my kitchen sink. The old silicone is starting to peel away.
