Guttering on 2 storey qlder is full of holes and needs to be replaced. Right (as you look at the house) side needs full replacement, the rear is overflowing in heavy rain, not sure what the cause is. And the front left (2m approx) also needs to be replaced.

Job is located at Pullenvale 1. Replace approx 8 ms colonial guttering - 7 ms straight with just over 1 m return. 2. Replace broken skylight with sheet of galvanised iron cut to fit.

I require someone to install ceiling insulation in my roof. I will supply the ceiling batts and assist but I dont have the flexibility to stand in the roof cavity for long periods so I need someone who can lay the insulation. Approx 90m2. I will either purchase polyester or wool batts.
