Recent hail and rain caused leaking of my colorbond roof. I suspect the leak is at two spots. There is some water leak due to it and water mark. What I want is repair of the leaks and painting of the water mark.
athan has a 5-star rating, but my experience fell short. The paint he used on the watermark doesn’t match the ceiling colour (see photo). He also didn’t inspect the source of the leaks by going through the manhole. Even experienced roofers can’t locate a Colorbond leak by looking from above. My $1,000 offer was fair, and I’m releasing payment as I lack time, as a single parent, to follow this up. I respect tradespeople but was unlucky here.
