Complete install — 3-piece basin tap set (tight access) I’ve partially replaced a standard 3-piece basin set, but can’t finish due to the very tight clearance under the basin. What’s needed - Remove the existing T-piece and basin bodies (hot & cold) from the basin top. - Install the new T-piece and basin bodies (all parts supplied; see photos/instructions). - Assemble and secure the basin spout (washer & backnut over the T-piece nipple). - Refit handles/flanges, reconnect hot & cold, apply sealants where appropriate, and pressure-test for leaks. - Align handles/spout so everything operates smoothly. Underside condition (see photo) - Older brass/compression joins with visible corrosion and very limited clearance. - May require freeing seized compression nuts and replacing olives/ferrules. Please bring - Basin tube/box spanner (27/32 mm guessing) or articulated basin wrench for backnuts. - Standard plumbing hand tools, penetrating oil, and small sundries: 15 mm olives, compression nuts, PTFE tape/paste, sealant. Provided on-site - New tap set with spout, T-piece, nipples, washers, olives, and instructions. Extra info - Tight access above/below the vanity. - Water can be shut off at the meter (no local isolators). - Licensed plumber preferred - please provide license number - Include your availability and any questions

But suggest taking the old ceramic disc to Bunnings to compare with the suggested replacement for confirmation. If the ceramic disc is the issue, you will need to take the old ceramic disc to Bunnings to confirm the suggested replacement part is correct and purchase replacements for both hot and cold taps.
