Issue: One room in the house was previously extended/modified, and the window sits very close to the roof eaves/gutter. During heavy rain, the gutter appears unable to handle water flow properly and water runs down the external wall into the window area, causing leakage inside. We previously had the gutters cleaned and the issue improved for a period of time, however the problem has returned.
