Plaster has been removed to expose existing taps, I need 2 x hot and 2 x cold outlets to be installed for under the laundry sink and capped until cabinets go in. More plaster can be removed if needed. I would also like an outside tap to be installed on the outside wall. Please provide a price as to how much you would charge to do the job.

I need a basin waste replaced with a new brushed nickel one. The trap may need adjusting to fit it correctly. In addition I need a bottle trap and waste replaced on another sink also. All parts supplied (2x basin waste plugs and new bottle trap)

I have a Miele dishwasher, it’s currently showing inlet fault. I’m hoping someone can come and have a look for me. I’ve tried checking the inside of the dishwasher and have also checked the pipe for the water isn’t kinked but that’s where my knowledge ends.

Since we moved in our hot water pressure has been pretty poor. We have a small tank and an infinite hot water. Sometimes the hot water will go cold for a few minutes if two people in the shower and then goes hot again. Sometimes the hot water pump makes a pretty loud noise. Hoping we can fix this with a licenced plumber. Happy if you need to come out and give a quote for works.
