The underground pipework outside has already been excavated. The exposed 50mm white PVC pipe was previously connected to a small bar sink, which is no longer used. This pipe connects vertically into the same underground drain line. The job involves: * Remove the redundant horizontal PVC pipe and elbow * Convert the remaining vertical pipe into an accessible screw-cap cleanout * High-pressure jet clean the underground drain through this opening * CCTV inspect the drain after cleaning * Advise if any further pipe repair is required The excavation is already completed. Please bring the jetter, CCTV camera and required plumbing fittings.

We have a blocked ensuite toilet which could not be cleared with a plunger/rod. When attempting to clear it, sewer water came up through the shower drain, suggesting a blockage in the branch line leading to the main sewer. There is no accessible inspection opening for this section of the sewer. A plumber has assessed the problem and advised that the ensuite toilet needs to be removed to gain access to the drain. We are looking for a licensed and experienced plumber who can: * Remove the ensuite toilet and access the sewer line through the toilet waste. * Use high-pressure water jetting to clear the blockage. * Carry out CCTV inspection while/after jetting to identify the cause and condition of the pipe. * Reinstall and properly seal the toilet once completed. * There may be tree-root intrusion in the sewer system; roots were seen on CCTV near the driveway, although the exact location/cause of this blockage has not yet been confirmed. * Please provide your availability, estimated cost/call-out fee and whether CCTV + water jetting are included in your quote.
