I need 1 shower head installed and a pull-out laundry mixer installed

Plumber needed – toilet flush issue Recently had a plumber install a bidet in our toilet, and since then we’ve been having intermittent issues with the flush. Sometimes water keeps running into the bowl, while other times the cistern doesn’t fill at all. From what the original plumber advised, it appears the bidet hose may be pressing against/rotating around the flush valve, causing the issue. He mentioned it should be a relatively simple fix — either repositioning the bidet connection to the left side or adjusting the hose so it doesn’t interfere with the flush mechanism. The plumber who installed it is currently overseas for a few weeks, so looking for someone who can have a look and fix it. Photos attached for reference. Please quote your price in the offer and let me know what do you think the fix is? PS: he did a similar job in the other toilet too where it works - the only difference i can see is bidet is on the left side rather than right side as this one

We have a Rinnai solar hot water system that is ~3 years old. A day ago we noticed black specs coming out from the hot water on all the sinks and showers in the house. They were bit rubbery and become greasy when squashed. The water is clear when using cold water. We need someone to diagnose and fix the issue.

The hot water unit, placed on the side of the property, is tilted because the ground beneath has softened, causing the paver to either crack or start sliding. The base of the HWS needs to be fixed. I believe either a concrete slab or a larger paver with a bracket must be installed on the wall behind it to hold it straight.
