I need a plumber immediately for fixing a broken tap in my laundry room.

Our shower is leaking sick of waiting for maintenance to come we just need it done tonight.

I’m looking for a licensed plumber to install a handheld bidet/bum spray next to my 2 toilets The toilet has a concealed/in-wall water connection, so there is no standard exposed isolation valve beside the toilet. Please inspect the existing setup and determine the best way to provide a suitable water connection for the hand spray. The installation needs to be completed safely and in accordance with Victorian/Australian plumbing requirements, including any required backflow prevention. Scope: - Assess the existing toilet plumbing and water supply - Create/connect a suitable water outlet for the handheld spray - Install the handheld bidet/hand spray - Install appropriate isolation valve/tap - Provide and install any required backflow prevention device - Test for leaks and correct operation - Ensure the finished installation is compliant - Provide plumbing compliance certificate if required/applicable I can provide the handheld spray, or please advise if you recommend supplying a compliant unit/backflow device yourself. Toilet is block, we managed to unblock it partially however toilet is still draining water properly

Remove the current Hot water system in place Supply and install the new 26L instant on the wall gas system. Pictures of current system in place is attached. New system only 2 months old.

We have a Rinnai solar hot water system that is ~3 years old. A day ago we noticed black specs coming out from the hot water on all the sinks and showers in the house. They were bit rubbery and become greasy when squashed. The water is clear when using cold water. We need someone to diagnose and fix the issue.

The hot water unit, placed on the side of the property, is tilted because the ground beneath has softened, causing the paver to either crack or start sliding. The base of the HWS needs to be fixed. I believe either a concrete slab or a larger paver with a bracket must be installed on the wall behind it to hold it straight.

The toilet is blocked and water is backing up/overflowing. Needs urgent attention to clear the blockage and check for any related plumbing issues.
