I have a new mixer tap that needs to be fitted to my kitchen sink.No new plumbing required.

There is a small section of mdf that has rotten out due to water damage under the kitchen sink. This needs to be repaired or something put in to reinforce the area so that the sink mixer can be tightened and functions properly

Looking for a licensed and experienced plumber to fix leaking shower head and replace it with a new one. Also, to replace wall tap and basin mixer. I’ll provide the shower head, wall tap and basin mixer. Pls see attached photos. I would also like to request a recommendation for replacing the kitchen sink, which may potentially lead to an additional task in the future.

Hot/cold mixer tap is leaking from the handle.

The mixer cartridge for my kitchen tap is leaking. I’m unable to replace the cartridge so I have a replacement tap that needs to be fitted by someone who knows how to do this properly. The task will include turning off mains water, removing the faulty tap, replacing it with the new tap, turning water back on and checking all new connections/seals for leaks.

We have two taps to replace, one in the kitchen and one in the laundry.

Replace a couple of plain mixer taps with new swan neck taps. Should be a straightforward job if you have the right tools.

We have an old goose neck kitchen mixer that leaks and we no longer want. We have already ordered a new one (similar to the old) so we just need someone to come and install the new one when it arrives (it should arrive late next week)

Our toilet is blocked and needs to be unclogged. Have tried plunger already but doesn’t work. First time clog due to trying to flush too much toilet paper.

P trap toilet is blocked. Blockage needs removing. The sooner the better but no emergency, there is second bathroom

We have inbuilt toilets and the main bedroom toliet is not retuning when you flush it - you need physcially push it back into place. I may need replacement parts - please see photo and video

The water from the WC keeps running into the bowl and the toilet can't flush. I believe the cistern needs to be fixed or replaced. There is no water leakage onto the floor. I am not sure what the budget is, so I just entered a random price.
