Hot/cold mixer tap is leaking from the handle.

The mixer cartridge for my kitchen tap is leaking. I’m unable to replace the cartridge so I have a replacement tap that needs to be fitted by someone who knows how to do this properly. The task will include turning off mains water, removing the faulty tap, replacing it with the new tap, turning water back on and checking all new connections/seals for leaks.

Looking for a plumber to fix our leaking shower head. It started off as a slow drip but is progressively getting worse.

I have a shower leak, some days ago I tried epoxy regrouting myself but it seems that did not help. As it was not very clean and if anything it might have changed a few things. The base of the shower now has a little dip . The shower has brick walls and is 1x1 mt square...small shower. Perhaps regrouting and redoing those tiles would help and maybe waterproofing that part of it. Let me know pls Here is some additonal information : OK SO THIS WOULD NEED RETILING TOO as the walls are retiled before ( there might have been a board underneath that) , so that needs to be removed, waterproofed and retiled. I have added some additional photos, which show you how the leak is coming on the exterior of the shower wall. Let me know now pls and also how many days do you need. Shower head is leaking - I think it’s because issue with taps not completely shutting off even when forced as far as possible. Similar taps for bathtub but it seems like some water is coming out of handle area when taps are on Job is to replace taps and ensure proper water shutoff and no leaks

After flushing the toilet, the tank does not refill properly. Water keeps running but the tank cannot hold water. The water continues to flow and sometimes leaks from the flush button area.

The toilet on the second floor of my home is blocked. When flushed, the water rises and drains very slowly. It hasn’t overflowed, but it’s clearly not draining properly.

There is a sewer smell coming from the toilet in the master ensuite bathroom of a house. The toilet is used frequently. The smell appears to be coming from the base of the toilet, and I strongly suspect the wax ring / toilet seal has failed. The toilet tank lid is broken with cracking. Unknown brand and model. Need a fit replacement of the lid or repair the cracking.

2x toilet cisterns require fixing. 1 just needs to be connected properly to the flush plunger. The other has water running continually through to the toilet bowl. Easy access to both.

The water from the WC keeps running into the bowl and the toilet can't flush. I believe the cistern needs to be fixed or replaced. There is no water leakage onto the floor. I am not sure what the budget is, so I just entered a random price.

Every few years our toilet drain becomes clogged with tree roots from the large trees in the road. The toilet does not empty quickly after a flush. Usually this requires an auger in the drain between the house and the road to remove the roots.
