Sewer currently blocked. There are two access points that plumbers have used to access the drain to jet/eel the drains (no digging has been required in the past). There are usually three blockage points due to tree roots in clay pipes, all three can be cleared from the two access points - one is via the toilet vent pipe, one is via a dedicated access portal under the house (1.7 metre clearance). Eels seem to be more successful than Jetters. Longest run is about 12 metres. Post war home on stumps with reasonable headroom (lowest point is squatting height) underneath.
