Looking for a quote for a licenced plumber to replace Outdoor Gas Hot Water System. Current system is Bosch and will need to be replaced with Rheem (will be supplied). Licensed and experienced plumber preferred. I’d like to install a garden tap just inside the garage entrance for a hose. There is an existing tap on the other side of the double-brick wall (approx. 275 mm with cavity), so the pipework should be straightforward and accessible. The existing outside tap will remain. The job involves drilling through the wall and extending the current piping to create the new tap point. Please supply a full-brass 1/4-turn dual-outlet tap (similar to the $25 model at Bunnings). I’m happy to reimburse the cost. Photos below.

Taps in bathroom and kitchen need repair

Need assistance connecting water line for our Samsung fridge (SRF5300BD) in our apartment as it is leaking. The original thread didn't fit properly the way so I've bought a smaller one already. You will need to buy thread seal tape to secure the leakage.

I have a rinnai infinity 26i hot water system. It doesn't get hot enough and I want to see if the system temperature can be turned up? I adjusted it manually by turning up the screw provided on the side of the tank but it is still not hot enough.
