The existing kitchen tap had the aerator/sprayer removed some time ago after it was damaged. The tap now splashes excessively when used at normal pressure. ​Hi, I need an experienced, licensed plumber to fix an active leak on a back-to-wall toilet with a Valsir concealed cistern (see attached photo). ​Water is pooling on the tile floor beneath the cabinetry framework. I tried turning off the local isolation valve, but water is still leaking, which suggests the valve itself has failed or there is a breach at the base of the cistern/pipes. ​Important Note on Access: While standard access is via the chrome push-button flush plate on the countertop, it is completely okay to cut open/dismantle the cabinetry to access the pipework. Licensed and experienced plumber preferred. I’d like to install a garden tap just inside the garage entrance for a hose. There is an existing tap on the other side of the double-brick wall (approx. 275 mm with cavity), so the pipework should be straightforward and accessible. The existing outside tap will remain. The job involves drilling through the wall and extending the current piping to create the new tap point. Please supply a full-brass 1/4-turn dual-outlet tap (similar to the $25 model at Bunnings). I’m happy to reimburse the cost. Photos below.
